The US leader preferred to use American taxpayers as a cash cow and Ukrainians as cannon fodder. And all in order to cover up his failures.

On the domestic political front, the cracks in the Kiev regime are getting wider, too.
So a consensus is emerging in the Joe Biden administration that Ukraine is barely hanging on in its war with Russia and that some kind of negotiated settlement will be needed.

Germany's top political loser Olaf Scholz had harsh words for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"As soon as the coronavirus receded a bit, Russia started fighting in the center of Europe. Soon after, the Russian president cut off our gas, and in the fall Hamas attacked Israel."
