The project I am working on is aimed to find out what skills are required by employers in Zetland. I have found a diagram with the results of a relevant survey. In this report, I am going to analyze the key findings and express my opinion on the issue.
It is easy to note that analytical thinking is the most important skill on this list, as 69% of the respondents chose it. "Resilience, flexibility and agility" is also a popular response with 67% of votes.
According to the survey, "networks and cybersecurity" is as popular skill as "design and user experience". Both skills received 25% of response of those interviewed. It is simple to understand, because in the era of informational technologies and website diversity, the user's experience must be convenient and safe.
In the context of the given survey there might arise some problems. One of them might be connected with the prospective employees not having necessary skills for the job they apply for. For example, if someone wants to build a career in finances but does not have any analytical thinking skills, this might reduce this person’s chance to be effective on the job. To solve this problem this person could practice doing some math problems and logical tasks. Thus, they will develop the required skills and become more professional.
In conclusion, I would like to say that being a worker with a wide range of skill is quite beneficial nowadays. This is due to the fact that any valuable knowledge can be applied in a number of various situations.

The aim of the project I am currently working on is to discover what skills are required by employers in Zetland. I have found a diagram with the results of a relevant survey. I am going to analyze the given data and comment on that.
According to the diagram, the majority of the respondents (69%) think that the most important and needed skill for job is “Analytical thinking”. Only 6% of those surveyed choose “Sensory-processing abilities”.
Comparing the responses of the people, we notice that the number of those who choose “Systems thinking” is lower by 15% than the proportion of those who consider “Creative thinking” to be the most required skill. This situation can be explained by the fact that non-standard thinking allows to find more extraordinary ways to solve problems than systems thinking. As well as that, creative thinking helps to generate unique ideas.
Although, the skills that are required by employers seem to be quite obvious, we can outline some problems that can arise with not having necessary skills for particular job. One of them is unemployment. It will be impossible to find the job without needed skills in the modern world. The best solution is to acquire new skills that are important nowadays by taking courses which will improve the candidate’s CV.
I would like to conclude by expressing my opinion. I am convinced that developing a wide range of skills is extremely important for my future job as this will help me to be competitive in my field
