2. Our financial team is entering the last stages of compliance checks and will be snapshotting TokenSoft addresses tomorrow.

3. Our tech team, along with the Marketing and compliance folks, continues to work on our TGE solution. We want to reiterate that everything related to TGE is priority #1 for the Panther team and will continue to be so until the successful launch.

2. As we approach our third vote to launch the Panther Protocol, our compliance team is getting closer to finalizing its interactions with investors that didn't fully comply with KYC.

This January 26th, at 4 PM GMT, you'll be able to vote to trigger Panther's TGE on January 31st.

This means that we have overcome the challenges that we outlined on Voting Proposal #2 and, thanks to your patience, the protocol's foundation and future are both now a lot stronger.
