"Buruli ulcer is a rare bacterial infection that researchers believe is transferred from possums to humans via mosquitoes, and then grows as a "silent" progressive ulcer."

One of the most common controversies I witness from the uninformed is about silica.

When it comes to silica, it's very rare that I get someone saying "why are you saying it's bad? do you have proof? what do you mean by X Y Z?"

Instead they jump straight into insults 😂 ~ how do I help people like that 🤷‍♂️

It gets to the point where you've put so much info out there, provided so much proof, had so many 'debates' that you say "those with eyes shall see, and those with ears shall hear"... on the other hand, hearing the stories of the people that actually do listen and improve their health makes all the BS worth it 😆

Silica Controversies

When I talk about the toxicity of silica, I always qualify the type of silica by saying 'synthetic silica' or 'nano silica'

Yes, silica occurs naturally in our foods, in nature and in our bodies.

So what's the problem?

a) synthetic factory-made silicas are completely different to the natural forms... and used 99% of the time in industry
b) while the health authorities have been trying to cover up the toxicity of synthetic silicas for decades, the research is pretty clear (some of which I have shared in this channel just Ctrl+F "silica")
c) nano-silica is extremely toxic, and as with all nanoparticles, its properties greatly differ from regular silicas
d) while natural silica is responsible for certain functions in your body, on average we consume 126 mg per DAY of silica nanoparticles... that is a huge amount, such doses would have been unheard of for your ancestry, your body has too much, not too little

Silica is the health-food cure-all... until you see it as an additive in pharma-drugs, packaged food, commercial makeup, commercial sunscreen and MacDonalds 'French Fries'... then suddenly it becomes bad?

This goes right back to my posts about the packaging, labeling and branding of toxic stuff: https://news.1rj.ru/str/powerofthepulse/478

When you first start researching silica: you get hit with a wall of official sources telling you it's 'safe and non toxic'
🤔 Hmm, ok... so why are you saying we can't swallow the silica gel? Oh what? It irritates the intestines?
🧐 Hmm, ok... and what happens when we inhale silica? Oh what? It causes it's own special lung damage called silicosis?
😮 Hmm, ok... and what happens when we put synthetic silica in the brain? Structural brain changes? Memory loss? Loss of motor-control? Parkinsons?

Conclusion: SYNTHETIC SILICAS & NANO SILICAS ARE SUPER SAFE AND EFFECTIVE AND NONTOXIC AND VERY VERY GOOD FOR YOU :))) 😃

And at the end of the day... do your research and do what you think is best for you.
I don't tell anyone what to do, I just state facts the way I see them.

SilicoAluminate (Sodium Aluminium Silicate)

On the topic of McDonalds ingredients. I recently discovered something pretty funny.

Common mainstream-alternative health influencers love talking about how bad McDonalds is.

One of the ingredients they often call out is "sodium aluminium silicate"... an aluminium salt which they say is toxic because it contains aluminium... and aluminium causes Alzheimer's and is horrible.

These are the same gurus that tell you zeolite (aka. aluminium silicate without the sodium) is "safe and effective", because the aluminium in zeolite is bound to silica and thus not active.

So an aluminium silicate that has a green health-food label is good.
But an aluminium silicate that is found at McDonalds is bad.

???

Cognitive dissonance.

They're both toxic, the only difference is the branding.

And for the record: the official narrative around both is that they are 'safe and effective'

☘️ 'Everything' is natural

Fluoride is natural (occurs in nature).
Uranium is natural (comes from nature).
Arsenic is natural (comes from nature).
Cyanide is natural (occurs in nature).
Aluminium is natural (comes from nature).

Fluoridated water is toxic.
Uranium is obviously toxic.
Arsenic is obviously toxic.
Cyanide is great for 💀 someone
Aluminium causes Alzheimer's & Autism... i.e, super-toxic

🍇 Raisins contain fluoride.
😋 Beetroots contain uranium.
🥦 Brussel Sprouts contain arsenic.
🍎 Apple seeds & apricot seeds contain cyanide.
🌱 Sage & oregano contain aluminium.

Does this mean that sage and raisins are toxic? Nope.
Does this mean aluminium and cyanide aren't toxic? Nope

Why is sage good for you if it naturally contains aluminium?

If you went back hundreds of years, various foods naturally contain extremely, and I mean extremely small amounts of various toxic metals. While each metal can cause massive damage in any real amount, in such small amounts they have uses in the body triggering certain chemical cascades.

Basically, we're designed to live with, and benefit from the fact that all soils contain a tiny tiny bit of various metals (and various plants uptake different metals and that's how you end up eating them).

Natural is good? right?

Well you tell me...
Fluoride occurs naturally in nature.
Uranium is mined from nature.
Arsenic is mined from nature.
Cyanide is found in many places in nature.
Aluminium is mined from nature.

Does this make fluoridated water good?
Does this make uranium contamination from the agricultural industry safe?
Does this make food poisoned with arsenic from industrial waste/contamination healthy?
Does this make cyanide not 💀 people?
Does this make 🥕s with aluminium in them good for babies?

This demonstrates to you just how meaningless the word "natural" is.

Note: I'm making two contradictory points in this post. Both points are simultaneously true, but if anyone over-fluoridated reads this, they might get a headache. But over-fluoridated people shouldn't worry, fluoride is natural so they have nothing to worry about, riiiight? 🙃

Heavy Metal Binders

The moment you talk about heavy metal binders there are two important considerations:

1️⃣ Is the Dump Truck Full or Empty?
If they tell you it binds to heavy metals in your body, where was it before being in your body? Because it was also binding to heavy metals outside of your body.

This means that it will come into your body with its cargo trunk filled with heavy metals instead of having an empty trunk that can be filled with metals from your own body.

2️⃣ Excretion.
If the binder enters your body already carrying heaving metals, and/or binds to heavy metals in your body but isn't FULLY removed from your body, all you have done is added & redistributed heavy metals throughout your body.

If the binder crosses the blood brain barrier or other protective barriers, now you've just taken a bunch of metals and sneaked them into the brain/reproductive organs etc.
This is why nano delivery systems for chelators & binders are even more dangerous.

and with chelation you need to consider the substance half-life. Otherwise the chelator will grab the metal, move with it and then dump it somewhere else in the body.

➡️ Focus on nourishing instead of forcing a detox.

Oh and certain 'bastions' of free speech will continue to prove that they only support free speech as long as you agree with their sponsors. How can you talk about freedom, then develop technology to take that away and support legislation that enforces digital…
Regardless of your opinions on freedom-of-speech, I think we can all agree -

Freedom-of-Speech = ALL Speech... especially speech you disagree with.

It's annoying, but that's the meaning.

The way the phrase is currently being used, it means "freedom only if you agree with me"

I haven't been following the drama fully, nor do I care, but it seems clear this 2025-prediction has already come true 😂 it's been 13 days

Gut epithelial barrier damage caused by dishwasher detergents and rinse aids 🧼

Simple translation: dishwashing soap residue on your dishes, utensils & pans is ruining your gut health.

Nobody thinks drinking soap is a good idea, but they still do it unknowingly.

Soaping your stomach kills good gut bacteria, thus disrupting your microbiome. Not only does this affect digestion, it also affects your mood, brain function and hormonal balance (refer to gut-brain axis).

➡️ Wash your dishes *thoroughly* with water alone after soaping them. Run the dishwasher for another round without soap.

Try to get more natural soaps. A lot of locally available 'natural' detergents are still filled with petrochemicals. Also, the stronger and more aggressive the artificial scent is, the more chemical you know it is.

No soap? Vinegar is your friend, and unlike soap it won't destroy your gut.

Dangerous 'Organic' Sunscreen

Zinc is well known to be beneficial.

But do not let the evil nano-cousin fool you

NANO Zinc Oxide is deathly toxic

Rats treated with nano-zinc oxide showed reduced number of born/live pups [and] decreased body weights of pups

These results indicate that zinc oxide nanoparticles-exposure before and during pregnancy and lactation could pose health risks to pregnant women and their fetus.

This is what you will often find in your organic sunscreens.
If your sunscreen/cosmetic product don't explicitly say "NON NANO ZINC" then it is nano Zinc

Example image above. Use ONLY NON-NANO products.

Must-Know Nanotech Fundamentals in 100 Seconds

For those new to the channel: welcome :)

94.8% of info & discussion here is about nanotech...

Here are some essentials you seriously need to know:

😳 Size Matters

Nano means billion. Nanoparticles are in a range around a billionth of a meter in size.

To put this in context:
❗️nanoparticles are on an atomic/molecular size
❗️1 nanometer = diameter of a hair divided by 100,000
❗️1 nanometer to a tennis ball is the same size-ratio as a tennis ball to the entirety of planet earth 🎾🌎

Nanoparticles/nanomaterials can be any normal material, that's at a nano-size.

When things go nanosize... they get
⬇️

🤪 Weird & Wacky

Nanoparticles have unique properties that DIFFER GREATLY from normal-sized particles.

⬇️ Example:
⚖️ Normal Zinc: Mostly healthy. 💀 Nano Zinc: Deadly.
⚖️ Normal Zinc: White. 💀 Nano Zinc: Transparent.
⚖️ Normal Zinc: Acts normally. 💀 Nano Zinc: Weird & wacky nano-specific properties.

🥇 Another example: nano-gold isn't colored gold, it can be pink, red or even blue

These properties are exploited & programmed... making them...
⬇️

♾️ HEAVILY Used in Every Industry Under the Sun

Everything from your iPhone microchip, to your 'organic' sunscreen uses nanotech, thanks to it's programmable weird & wacky properties... making products fine-tuned and cheaper to make!

However, this means
⬇️

🤧 It's EVERYWHERE

Our nano intake levels are insane, you breathe, absorb and eat hundreds of trillions.... -

DAILY.

Because they're super small, they're also super-absorbable.

Now because of the extreme small size, if you bunch the day's nanotech together it won't come to much more than a few grains of rice... but the problem is these miniscule particles are....
⬇️

🤒 Extremely Toxic

Part of the weird and wacky properties is the fact that our bodies cannot handle nanotech.

Particularly large amounts of synthetic nanoparticles. It's not natural and the body is not made to detect, fight and detox this tech.

However, because of the weird and wacky properties it's also...
⬇️

👹 Toxic in Uniquely Weird & Wacky Ways

The study of nanotoxicity is an entire field because nanoparticles act in totally different ways in our body to many other toxins.

There are many concepts and threats purely associated with nanotoxicity, making this an extremely deep and nuanced topic that requires deep study and research.

Worse, nanotech causes every illness under the sun, and then some.

P.S. in the name of brevity, I have vastly simplified some statements. I strongly believe in scientific articulation, however for an intro to beginners I believe in simplifying and sticking to the main points, then adding in detail/nuance later.

Absorbing Nano Through the Skin 🖐

People often say that *only the smallest* nanoparticles can penetrate the skin and enter the bloodstream.

They use this to claim that since most nanotech placed on the skin won't enter the bloodstream "that means it's safe"

But this is only half the story...

The skin has multiple layers. And then layers inside the layers.

And what these people conveniently forget to tell you, is that -

The nanotech that doesn't enter the bloodstream, has still been absorbed and is now underneath the top-most level of skin.

Once in your flesh, many nanoparticles accumulate over time. With accumulation, comes greater toxicity.
With the toxicity, comes damage.

This results in two things:
1️⃣ the nanoparticles have created enough damage, they can 'slip' even deeper into the system
2️⃣ the damage results in skin irritations and skin diseases, your skin also becomes more susceptible to damage from other sources... things like skin cancer, psoriasis, hives, dermatitis are either directly caused, or made worse

And of course, the nanotech that is absorbed can end up in your brain, heart and abdominal organs and accumulate for decades.

This is not to mention damaged skin (scrapes, wounds, cuts, rashes), which is far more susceptible to attack & penetration by nanoparticles.

Also remember, your blood isn't the only thing that matters, you also have your muscular system, lymphatic system, and the physical outer-sides of your blood vessels.

Note: this is how you receive shedding just from a handshake or accidental skin contact.

P.S, a good tip when researching these topics is looking into nano drug delivery systems.

Search things like "transdermal nano drug delivery" or "nanocarrier skin penetration"

You will get completely different results from when you just search "skin absorption of nanoparticles"

Take these papers with a grain of salt, but they have some good info:

Epidemic of the Extremities 🦶
(adding to yesterday's topic)

There aren't many occasions in regular society where everyone goes barefoot.
However, if you do find yourself in such a situation, look at peoples feet and toes.

You will be shocked at the maladies that otherwise healthy-looking people display on their feet, toes, and nails.

You will see fungus, flaky skin and a variety of weird things.

Part of this is that the body intentionally pushes toxins away from vital organs towards the extremities.

Another part is the nanotech that has been creeping into footwear and socks for the last 10-15 years.

If you ever see an anti-bacterial pair of shoes (mostly sports shoes) or socks, that can only be one thing: nanometals.

These nanometals aren't just anti-bacterial, they're anti-you.

Not every anti-bacterial is tea tree or clove oil, some things just kill everything they come into contact with.

Nanotech Making You Tired? 🥴

Another small (BIG) thing, the goofy gurus won't tell you

Each one of your cells has an energy factory

It's called the mitochondria.

Look at any nanotoxicology report

Nanomaterials damage your energy factory in 3 ways.

1️⃣ Physical damage

Small nanoparticles penetrate the cell. (and some penetrate the mitochondria itself)
As thousands of nanoparticles assemble into large sizes they rip through the structure of the mitochondria.

2️⃣ Direct damage

Nanoparticles that gain access to the cell interfere with proteins, enzymes and other molecules.
Imagine you went to a coal power plant => and then you cut off the supply of coal.
That's what nanoparticles do to your 'power plant'

3️⃣ Oxidative damage

The oxidative stress nanotoxicity causes results in a landslide that starts shutting the mitochondria down and eventually leads to the cell dying.

Results?
You are made up of trillions of cells. If your cells are tired, YOU'RE TIRED.

Nano Delivery Systems in Eyedrops

Just like in the mainstream medicine industry, nano delivery systems in the big-pharma-controlled 'alternative supplement' industry will always look good and be attractive.

I've spoken before about the trend we see where they put healthy natural compounds inside toxic nano delivery systems...

So today I will address some specific considerations regarding these delivery systems.

1️⃣ The Delivery Dilemma

Firstly, we need to acknowledge that any nanomaterial has the potential to be extremely toxic, even if it's 'natural'.

However in a delivery system, this is taken further since the 'payload' needs to be loaded *into* or *onto* the nanocarrier. This immediately starts involving synthetic nanoparticles, synthetic mixing and formulation methods.

Then you have the intricacies of making a *highly effective* nano delivery system... which results in more synthetic additives and processes.

An example that you will often see is the PEG added to many nanocarriers (including lipid nanoparticles). This finetunes the properties (nano program) of the particles, resulting in longer blood circulation & more invisibility from the immune system...

This is the same technology used in the 🥕

"Oh, it's just a lipid, i.e, fat, it's not dangerous".... yeah say that to all the carrotted 🥕 people suffering severe adverse effects.

This also results in toxic residual impurities from these industrial processes very likely remaining behind in the particles. This is particularly well documented in carbon nanomaterials.

All of this is to say that these delivery systems are toxic... no matter how they're advertised or branded.

2️⃣ The Unknown Afterlife 👻

The second consideration is the particle's afterlife.

Everyone wants to talk about how amazing their nano delivery system is. How accurate the 'GPS' targeting system is. How it forces absorption -

➡️ But nobody will talk about what happens *after* the payload is delivered.

This is the tiny bit the scientific community just doesn't want to talk about.
In their own words:
"The determination of systemic and intracellular degradation and biological fate remains unexplored for most nanocarriers, despite being fundamental for the successful transport and delivery of encapsulated drugs"

They themselves liken their ignorance on the matter to 'a blind man patting an elephant' 🐘

So what happens when the invisible delivery system accumulates in your cells? Assembling and causing long-term damage.

This is the scientific explanation for what I call the Nano Honeymoon Effect.

The toxicity of the delivery system is neutralising, then outweighing the positive effects of the 'healthy payload'.

3️⃣ Cellular Rape

The third consideration is the fact that we are not meant to 'force' anything into our cells (including 'good things'), especially outside of emergency situations. Our body is made perfectly, however we think we're smarter. I have spoken at length about this topic and will leave references in the message below 👇
