How to avoid toxic alternative-health products ⚠️☣️

There is so much conflicting information...

And even a small health decision may have enormous consequences...

I ask myself, what can the average truther do to avoid the endless poisons and scams?

Without myself and others raising awareness about supplement psyops, and without months of research into a topic...

Here are my top 3 tips:

1️⃣ Be wary of any 'miracle' cure.

Doesn't matter what it is, how 'natural' or whatever marketing spin they use.
If it magically 'fixes' anything and everything — be deeply suspicious.

2️⃣ Investigate composition & synthesis

Ask two things:
1) what is this composed of? e.g. all Zeolite is aluminum + silica
2) how is it created or processed? e.g. Methylene Blue is synthesized using petrol products, cyanide & formaldehyde.

This simplifies your research and focusses your attention.
It easily exposes toxic 'natural' products, and alternative-world petrochemical pharmaceuticals.

3️⃣ If there's any doubt, say no

You will always be safer reducing the inputs in your body and saying no to a potentially miraculous yet questionable substance.

➕ Bonus: if it hurts you, drop all your preconceived notions about it being amazing... believe your body/yourself over everyone else.

Nanosilver is arguably one of the most active and toxic nanometals. It kills anything in its way.

The above quote demonstrates that it's toxic, the liver identifies it as an unwanted invader and it causes infertility by stopping production of sex cells.

This study is one of 100s and shows that even in relatively small doses nanosilver damages the body quickly.

Fake Alternative Doctors 🩺

Alternative-industry goofy gurus understand the power of the mainstream medical system.

They understand the illusionary power that the noscript 'Doctor' holds.

Instead of fighting the traditional brainwashing — they use it to make you think they're credible.

I am now aware of 3 goofy guru 'Doctors' that have given themselves the noscript with absolutely no relevant qualifications.

Two of them are well-known authors of popular alternative-health books.

All three speak with the authority of a Doctor while promoting an array of (alleged) poisons and questionable ideas.

And how about the actually qualified alternative doctors? They either believe in the system with some 'slight revisions' (McCullough is a good example) or they copy and rebrand the mainstream butchery.

Some interpretations:

Encircling everyone with propaganda means that wherever you go, whatever you look at and whatever politics you gravitate towards — agents of the system will always be there to shepherd you towards the system's profit... weaponising every desire and need you have.

The latter part speaks to the feeling of safety that you are given when you subscribe to a dogma or belief system where you are kept from questioning or growing and discovering outside of that dogma. This is exactly what I spoke about here: https://powerofthepulse.substack.com/p/on-certainty

You can easily see how the alternative world is controlled by keeping everyone in distinct separated camps... with shepherds that demand obedience to their narrative and reject cross-pollination of ideas across communities.
The average truther is left feeling lost as to which worldview is the 'correct' one... when no-one is correct about everything but rather has a piece of the puzzle.

We all grow up with certain facts of life.

The sky is blue and grass is green.

Doctors fix you, the news tells you what to believe and viruses 'go around'.

These are fundamental beliefs that we take for granted.

Shifting a deep-rooted belief requires something so powerful it forces us to reconsider our most basic beliefs.

When it comes to viruses, this article is one of those belief-changing events.

For many of us that know about no-virus, it provides clear visual evidence.
