I don’t care whether or not you’re going to the protests in Virginia, this needs to be shared, police are bringing in surveillance vans and drones that can extract information from your phone.
If you are going please be safe and bring a burner, don’t bring any ID, wear a mask, park far away from the event (in case they can ID you by your car), and stay in groups.
Please share this so protestors know what they’re in for and to be prepared.

Some suggestions on food storage for a family for one year: 100 lbs of flour, 200 lbs of rice, 100 lbs of pasta, 120 lbs of dried beans, 16 lbs of peanut butter, 160 lbs of sugar, 12 lbs of honey, 12 lbs of maple syrup, 100 lbs of oats, 12 lbs of jam, 40 qts of olive oil, 240 lbs of dry milk, 48 cans of evaporated milk, 4 lbs of baking powder, 4 lbs of baking soda, 2 lbs of yeast, 20 lbs of salt, 2 gallons of vinegar, 20 lbs of dry soup mix, and plenty of spices

Because the japanese army only ate white rice in the 1800+ , they lacked those nutrients which made the 1/3 of the army sick and many deaths.
While the poor japs ate only the brown rice, they didn't have this problem because it was better, white rice was considered a rich thing rich but rich people they had other food to eat, so they didn't suffer it at all
A good reminder on how nutrition is so important. (take note that white rice can be stored for longer)

HOMEMADE MOISTURIZING LOTION
Two parts olive oil
One part coconut oil
One part beeswax
This stuff really works great! Its oil based so a little goes a very long way. Almond oil or sunflower oil works better than olive oil due to higher levels of vitamin E, but I sort of made this on a whim. To scent the olive oil, I zested 2 lemons and then minced the zest up and barely covered it with olive oil, then covered it and let it sit for 3 days. That yielded about 1/8 cup of scented oil. This stuff smells fucking amazing
