Just to be clear: banning safe abortions doesn't save lives, it just ruins the life of people who cannot have a child and, sometimes, it kills them.
My grandgrandma used to tell me about her teenage years, when young people were r**ed by soldiers and having a child before wedlock - from a foreigner, even! - would have ruined both the mother and the child's life forever, staining them forever. So, they had to go to a older woman, and she took care of things with crochet needles. Sometimes she took care of the body, later, because things weren't safe and the risk of not making it was high.
Seems so old, lost in time, and yet there are, today, countries when women whose husbands are in jail are literally forced to sell their bodies to tourists, unable even to keep enough money to feed their already living children. So, when these women, these people, happen to get pregnant with an unwanted child from a ra**y tourist, they too have to go to an older woman, risk their lives just to go through a painful process because they cannot do anything else.

But it's not only about tragic, extreme cases. Teenagers deserve to have the rights to end their pregnancies if they don't feel ready yet. Childfree people as well should have this right. Everyone should have this right.

And to see what's happening in the self proclaimed "country of freedom" is disgusting. No uterus, no opinion.
