Being currently unemployed, I decided to further my misery by going to the gym 4x a week and started seeing a nutritionist.
He’s very good but he is also very geared towards athletes, and the thing about athletes is that often they don’t eat, they feed.

And now, chewing on my protein bar after downing my pre-workout pills, I ask: what have I become
