Possible?: lending out your BTC for a home, maybe in a BTC community zone?

I know lending out your BTC or using BTC as collateral will most likely be how people use their BTC as income or for retirement. But is it a far fetched idea where you could lend out your BTC for a home? In other words live in a home solely based on you lending out your BTC?
