brand new monitor + tower, cant hear anything since i purchased it

got a brand new screen and pc tower 4 hours ago as of posting, i cant hear anything however. I've tried troubleshooting, restarting my pc, undownloading drivers then restarting my pc, updating drivers. you name it and nothing has worked, someone give me a new idea before i loose my sanity

i have a problem

This morning I wanted to turn on my PC, but it wasn't displaying an image and had an error message. Of course, there was a red light on the motherboard. I've already tried another motherboard, switched RAM channels, and even changed the RAM itself, but it still doesn't display video. The error message keeps changing from RAM to CPU and then to VGA. Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem might be?

Trying to pick a laptop for general videos, web surfing, and schoolwork

Need assistance with putting OS onto HP 255 G10

I apologize for formatting, I'm on mobile
So I sent in my laptop, the one listed in the noscript, to HP repair and when I tried to put Windows back onto it I get one of two error messages.

During the installation of windows 10 the above image pops up and then I am unable to download the OS.

When trying to download windows 11 it gets to about 40-50% before showing the above image and taking me back to the startup.
If there's anyone who could help me with this I'd be really happy because I can't afford to replace or take it to a repair shop right now.
