i have a problem

This morning I wanted to turn on my PC, but it wasn't displaying an image and had an error message. Of course, there was a red light on the motherboard. I've already tried another motherboard, switched RAM channels, and even changed the RAM itself, but it still doesn't display video. The error message keeps changing from RAM to CPU and then to VGA. Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem might be?

Need assistance with putting OS onto HP 255 G10

I apologize for formatting, I'm on mobile
So I sent in my laptop, the one listed in the noscript, to HP repair and when I tried to put Windows back onto it I get one of two error messages.

During the installation of windows 10 the above image pops up and then I am unable to download the OS.

When trying to download windows 11 it gets to about 40-50% before showing the above image and taking me back to the startup.
If there's anyone who could help me with this I'd be really happy because I can't afford to replace or take it to a repair shop right now.

Very old Inspiron 3847 or ancient Studio 540?

My brother has been getting by with his 2008 Dell Studio 540, and he recently inherited a 2015 Dell Inspiron 3847. He doesn’t have a ton of money to buy a new machine, but he doesn’t need a ton of capabilities either. Which of these two would be the better option? I already know the he answer is “neither”, but just play along, alright?

Is it possible to switch primary monitor for boot?

On my previous ASRock mainboard (z790 PG Sonic) it was possible to select which monitor is being used to display the bios and windows boot screen by pressing a certain key during boot up.

Is there any keyboard shortcut, or any other way to do this on an MSI z790 Ace mainboard?
