Unity deleted everything from my scene and now Camera settings are not showing clear flags so now my game will look blue!!!!

Somehow Unity deleted all of my progress from the scene and game scene looks like dark blue, why can’t I change the background colour on the main camera settings. There is no such thing as clearflags as there were before, What can I do to change the background from the base darkblue if not from clicking main camera settings?

Playing around with cellular automata based map generation in WinForms to avoid "Reloading Domain" every 10 seconds. Been using WinForms to simulate an in-game economy for the same reason. Pretty handy way to experiment with the underlying logic of a feature tbh.
