One of the many Reasons why I like Linux
Once upon a time I wanted to install a silly font on my Linux machine. I did not know how to install a font, I just created a directory in my home directory, named `.fonts`. Then I searched my compute for `fonts` and I opened a KDE app to install them. I clicked on `add font` and selected the font. *`Error`*! The font could not be installed. I tried again, it still didn't work. I figured, I might try to extract the `zip` file again. Another attempt at installing the font failed.
At that point I gave up — That was it, I can't install that font, no problem.
I opened a text Editor, text-editored around and \*pop\* there it was — the font was there!
How did it work, I asked myself?? Turns out: installing a font is achieved by *moving the font files to the `.fonts` folder!*
_It is as simple as that!_
_Without any knowledge on how to install a font, I installed a font just by moving it to the folder, which I wanted my fonts to be stored in!_
Just wanted to share this story, as I fond it somewhat wholesome

Could someone with ample time take over maintenance of the compton app in Debian repository?
Looks like the original maintainer has left the maintenance or just simply abandoned it. Even the github for the compton source is likely dead with no updates.
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=908533
Could someone take up maintenance for the new compton source at: https://github.com/yshui/compton
I don't know how to do such things unfortunately. Plus I'm bad at coding & building.

Debian Linux 10 'Buster' Places Stability Ahead of Excitement
After 25 months of development, the makers of the granddaddy of the Linux OSes released an upgrade that updates many of the software packages and plays general catch-up with modern Linux trends. However, Debian Linux 10 Buster is a boring upgrade. It does…
