Connecting hdmi over lan zero clients.

I have two centerm 75 devices connected to some monitors over hdmi and connected on the local network.

First time using Linux (running it on Chromebook)

Coding is very foreign to me so anything I look up online leaves me more confused. I downloaded Linux to run steam, well I didn't have enough memory for my games so I tried plugging in a usb and it's not showing up in the terminal. Using sudo fdisk -l or lsusb shows nothing.

Simple hardware sound mixer controller?

Hi! I think it would be handy to have a little usb gadget sitting on the desk next to my laptop, with knobs connected to the laptop's internal soundcard. Each time I want to adjust the mixer settings, I would not need to open a mixer application, but instead turn a knob. Btw I am not a musician, so nothing fancy. Does anyone know of such a gadget, or has anyone perhaps built one themselves?

iOS Linux and Music

I need a media-player for iOS.

Any ideas? - VLC in iOS doesn't support this.

Flatpak not downloading due to lack of summary file?

Hi all,

I got an RPI yesterday, and am hoping to install a program called Anki on it. Flathub has a app for it, but I have not been able to install anyhthing via flatpak. I always get the following error:
>error: Remote listing for flathub not available; server has no summary file
Check the URL passed to remote-add was valid.

This is in response to:
>flatpak install flathub net.ankiweb.Anki


I was able to install flatpak with no issues, and I really can't find much help with this. Thanks in advance for anything you can give me!!!

Unpopular Desktop: Budgie desktop is underrated

I've been trying out desktop environments on my laptop and I came to the realization that the budgie desktop is actually a really good de.And it makes me angry that this desktop never gets recommended or treated as well as other de's: kde-xfce-gnome....

What do you think ?
