The Realme 3 was launched on July 15th & is priced at an extremely pocket-friendly cost of INR 7,999. This smartphone is a mid-variant of Realme C2 & Realme 3 in terms of price, design & specifications. The phone has a unique diamond-cut design with bezelless display, dewdrop notch, 6.22 inches IPS LCD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Google My Maps updated after 3 years to let you painstakingly add and edit lines

The update also brings permission requests on-demand and there are also various bug fixes and performance improvements.

v2.2.1.3, though, is far from a godsend. The line-drawing process is horrid. You plot lines using a center-based point, tapping on the "+" button to anchor the segment and start a new one. Sometimes, the view drifts after you've taken your finger off of the screen. No intelligent wrapping to streets, no sense of context between the points you've already dropped onto your map, ...

What do you do with your phone?

This also ties into the Galaxy Fold. The 7.3 and 8 inch screens have virtually...

Frustrations with typing to Google Assistant

I'm sure I'm not alone in that I prefer to type reminders or commands to Google Assistant instead of using my voice under many circumstances. However, the typing interface is cumbersome and doesn't even correct spelling like Gboard normally does. The suggestions are oddly unhelpful too.

I wonder if Google has done this deliberately to encourage using voice to improve voice recognition for the AI. Does anyone else find typing to Assistant annoying?...

My view on wireless.

Since Samsung is killing the jack I would like to share my views on the wireless lifestyle.

My main issue is the wireless part of wireless headphones, sure they don't get caught on doorknobs but now I have to carry something else in my pocket. The case is heavier than the wire, the latency is noticable, and it puts more strain on the battery.

When I get home that's where I want a headphone jack for my wired headphones, I don't need the inconvenience of carrying around a case and I want to cha...
