Sound is underrated.

Every year, we get specs improvement- better SoC, better camera etc.I think that's boring, because it's expected.
Manufacturers always bring something new that we don't really need.
How about a better dual-stereo speakers that has punchy bass and a Hi-Fi audio DAC like on the LG G8?

People who buy the off brand non-flagship phones, what is your experience with them?

I see a lot of people around the internet questioning why you'd buy a Pixel/iPhone/Galaxy/OnePlus when you could get a Xiaomi/Motorola/Honor/Nokia phone. In my experience those cheap devices are usually miserable to use relatively soon after buying them (Motorola/Nokia). I'd sooner buy a flagship that's a year or two old them get one of them, or the cheaper version of the flagship over these off brands. My experience there has been much better. But I'm curious if I'm the outlier in this....
