After Google discontinued Google Trips, I've been looking for a replacement. Then about 2 week ago, the "Trips" section showed up but did not show any of my trips. A cool little trick to peek at your notifications.

If you have fully gestural navigation enabled, a swipe in from either top corner of your device gives you a peek at all your notifications until you let go of the screen. I'm sure it's not an actual feature as all it does is trigger the back gesture and the notification shade at once, but I found it out by accident and have been using it a lot....
