Do you think we will see 8” (non-folding) phones?

A year or two ago anything larger than 7 inches sounded improbable, now Note 20 and others are approaching or passing the 7” mark... How long until we start seeing 8” flagships?...

Long Term S20 Ultra (Snapdragon) Impressions: Great Phone, still a finicky camera.

edit: oh god its only been a month? Time does flow differently these days :)

Was gonna do a write up on this earlier but alas things have been hectic! So originally I wasn't s.planning on buying the s20 line because of the pricing was getting a bit ridiculous even for me that loves to switch up phones, but there was a compelling buy 2 get a $900 debit card promo at costco, so I did end up getting both a s20 ultra and s20+. Had the hardest time deciding on which to keep. s20+ is mostly definite...

[Unpopular opinion] If a company does what apple does.

The Iphone SE is literally an iPhone 8 clone with better SOC,WiFi and 1gb ram. Basically a reuse of old design sketches and supplies with a significant price cut in manufacturing cost. I don't get what the fuss I all about. Don't get me wrong it's a good deal for apple fans anyone trying to get into apple ecosystem.

What I don't get is, Imagine Samsung rebranding the s7 edge
with a better chip or Google with the pixel/ nexus rebrand. media and consumers would have an outrage saying no innov...

Apple’s new iPhone SE 2 is the nail in the coffin of the small smartphone

As per the verge, It’s been a bad year for small phone lovers. It’s no secret that the average size of new smartphones has increased dramatically over the past few years. But this year it feels like the idea of a small phone you’d actually want to use as a primary device is truly dead and gone.

Apple announced the second-generation iPhone SE, which is basically an iPhone 8 with the processor of the iPhone 11. It officially replaces the first iPhone SE, which Apple released in 2016 and stopped s...

No, the iPhone SE 2020 did not kill mid-range Android market.

Everyone is freaking out like it's the end of Android and iPhone SE is the greatest phone ever. The thing everyone seems to have forgotten is the horrible pricing by Apple outside USA. If the SE has affected any market a lot it's probably the US mid-range market (which to be honest is completely shit any way).
And on top of that Apple has cut a lot of corners on the SE.

1. 3 GB RAM only
2. 720p display (This boggles my mind)
3. Horrible charging speeds
4. A small battery*
5. No USB C*
6. 60 Hz...
