S7 Smartswitch Backup/Restore using SD card

This is a post for those like me who have no data at home due to location / $$ and want to do local backup/restore of their Galaxy S7 and like me, could not find a comprehensive guide.

Recently I bought a Galaxy Tab S7+, version with 6GB of RAM,

And actually I started very much thinking if I had made a mistake not choosing the 8GB version

( was released on 7). I recently bought an iPhone 7 for $70 for imessage and and facetime and Snapchat pics and its on its lates...
