I recommend Musicolet if you want a non streaming music player app for andriod
Blackplayer EX was my favorite music player for a long time, but Musicolet with it's faster upload times where I don't have to keep scrolling to load songs, plus the dark themes it already has, super good layout, and its widgets that are good make this my new favorite music player app. It doesn't use much battery it seems which is nice and it has not interfered with speed of other apps that much to me. I have tried many music players over the years on the playstore.
