Do you still prefer fingerprint readers on your phone? Why or why not?

I've been using an OG Pixel 1 XL for nearly 5 years or so now. It's getting to the point where I'm considering upgrading my phone. But one thing I've noticed from the new flagship phones is that the fingerprint readers are gone. This is something I use dozens of times a day to login to my phone and damn near every app that requires a login.

So I'm curious: is this something that most people have moved on from? Do you still prefer it? if not, what do you use now? Are we back to typing in passwor...

Finally Found out how to move apps to SD card on Android 11

I have a cheap Samsung A01 with Android 11. It only has 16 GB so about 2 months ago I litteraly spent days trying to figure out how to move my apps to SD Card. I looked all over the internet and reddit until I finally came to the conclusion there is no way to put apps on SD Card these days. I read so many comments about how android and phone companies took the move to SD option off so you would have to buy a phone with alot of storage space. Noone had an answer. Well guess what?

Is it only me or did anyone else notice Spotify made the bottom bar (Home, Search, Your Library) background transparent with the latest update? Previously it used to be greyish dark if I remember correctly. I think this one looks better....

The margins in the new Android 12 Notifications are absurd

They've taken up so much space with pointless whitespace and over-designed margins that there is virtually no room left to display any actual content. From a screen width of 1080px, by the time the notif is actually showing me a preview of what was sent, there is only 387px left of space. That's 22 characters! smh

edit: Here's another one. 70% of the screen space taken up by the notification is whitespace. 70%!!!...
