Never ever turn off Contacts permission for Google play services because it will stop syncing the Contacts to Google cloud!

It's been a month i turned off the permission and I'm wondering everyday what might be the cause for sync not to work and after nearly a month, right now morning 5 O' Clock, my mind told me you dumbass idiot you turned off the Contacts permission nearly a month ago now it turn it ON!

And with in a few seconds it uploaded 11 newly saved Contacts to cloud!...

Android 14 adds new APIs that apps can use to check your phone's battery health (YMMV)

I bought a used Pixel 7 Pro recently and thought it was a shame that Google's battery health feature hasn't been released. I think it'd be nice to see how many charge cycles it's had before I bought it or what the estimated % of its original battery capacity is. Fortunately, Google added new APIs in Android 14 that make it possible to get this data...kinda!

What's that really useful, can't live without app you install on all your devices?

For me it's Quick Cursor. Would put down Jina App Drawer for folder management but there's a few options there.

Quick Cursor is essential for my smallish hands to be able to properly use my Note20. Hotspot on bottom left and right, slide out with the thumb and access every corner of the device one handed....

Go to Apps/Manage Apps/Permissions/Additional Permissions/Read Instant Messages/

Allow that for the Google Services Framework. Also for the "write instant messages" or similar....
