Small phones are not dead and we did not kill them. Unihertz and Qin still make quality small phones

Unihertz has the jelly star which is a cute little LED lights phone which is popular with a small section. They also have the amazing Titan series with keyboards.

Qin smartphones are also getting popular with /r/dumbphones community. These are great alternatives for those seeking small phones. Of course, you might not get all apps but who cares, you'll manage. I am cur...

System apps that could be uninstalled without breaking any functionality in Samsung devices

I was trying to debloat my Samsung A14 5G device without root using Canta and Shizuku. While trying to find safe apps to remove, I couldn't find any articles online listing bloated apps in OneUI so made one myself, sort of.

Negatives:
1) Nova Launcher doesn't work smoothly with gesture controls, there's a noticeable lag when I swipe to home. I thought it won't be a big deal, but couldn't stand it after a few days.

2) I miss the One Hand Application app for Samsung, that gave me a bunch of side of the screen gesture actions. I tried a few apps off the...

Do you use and like widgets in Android?

I love having widgets in my homescreen and I've been using them for years in Android. For me it was great news when Apple embraced them cause I thought we were going to take advantage of that, as apps would do better widgets for both platforms. However, that was years ago and in my opinion widgets in Android aren't still good enough.

In terms of design, they don't follow any rule in relation to shape or colors. But they are also few and don't receive the same attention as the app itself.

How many apps do you have and how many do you actually use?

I have 54 apps. I use 18 of them. I'm comfortable with the ones I have and don't try to get the latest popular ones. No app games or any of that crap....
