According to him, there will be “strange people who, until February 24, were regulars and even TV hosts and talked about our country, about democracy, freedom of speech and many other things.”
Obviously, the NSDC apparatus spent many days working to determine how trustworthy were the statements of journalists, public and political figures about freedom of speech over the past years.
The fact that this "registry" will be published indicates that it is intended not only for law enforcement agencies, but also for "patriotic" organizations that will continue to hunt for witches already according to the list approved by the National Security and Defense Council.

То, что этот "реестр" будет опубликован, говорит о том, что он предназначен не только для силовых органов, но и для "патриотических" организаций, которые продолжат охоту на ведьм уже по утвержденному СНБОУ списку.
