7 июня он вышел под залог в 189 тысяч гривен (примерно 6000 евро). Дело передано в суд. Будет рассматриваться в Приморском районном суде Одессы.
Юра был задержан СБУ 19 марта. Суд принял решение о содержании его под стражей в СИЗО. Изначально СБУ обвиняли его в "сепаратизме, госизмене и хранении гранаты и взрывчатки, но подозрение предъявили только по хранению". В суде будет рассматриваться обвинение по 263 ст. Всё остальное не смогли ничем доказать. При этом, Юрий заявляет, что граната и взрывчатка были подкинуты ему в бельевую корзину в ванной комнате в первые минуты обыска, когда его вытащили из квартиры. Он не признаёт себя виновным.
В отношении условий содержания под стражей, Юрий сказал, что он находился в нормальных условиях, так как его держали в одной из оплачиваемых камер в сизо. За 8000 гривен в месяц подследственному в такой камере дают возможность сидеть в нормальных условиях, "туалет нормальный, душ, холодильник, микроволновка, кровать нормальная, телевизор даже..."
