Судить учительницу будут за то, что она "на заседании методического объединения учителей - филологов убеждала коллег, что в Украине происходит не война, а специальная военная операция, в ходе которой российские войска оказывают помощь братскому народу, и что произошедшее в Буче - постановка".

Учительнице из Житомира грозит 15 лет тюрьмы за "публичное отрицание агрессии" (часть 1 статьи 111-1 Уголовного кодекса Украины.

Высказывать свое мнение в Украине не позволено даже учителям украинского языка.

Но поэт не является военнослужащим или представителем власти. Никакие государственные секреты ему не известны.
