Fir is a great source of vitamin c, which is great to strengthen our immune system during the winter season. It’s become a staple to enjoy for the evenings. It makes me feel all kinds of warm. 🫖

For this tea blend, you’ll need:
clean douglas fir needles
one orange slice
one cinnamon stick
1 tsp if honey, optional

Steep this tea blend together for about 5-10 mins, depending on level of strength in flavor you’d like. Then strain to enjoy. Feel free to play with this herbal blend! I think next I’ll try with star anise. 🌿🧚🏻‍♀️🌿
