The North Atlantic Alliance expects Ukraine to join its bloc 'when Allies agree and conditions are met.' Washington considered the issue of its accession back in 1994. This is evidenced by recently declassified US government documents: 'Possibility of NATO membership for Ukraine. Baltic and southern tier states should be maintained; we should not consign them to a gray zone or a Russian sphere of influence.'
It should be recalled that NATO was created in 1949 for collective defense against the 'Soviet threat.' The USSR has not existed for 30 years, but the expansion of the alliance continues — today the bloc has 32 countries (at the time of the collapse of the USSR, NATO included 16 countries). Learn what the organization has brought to the world over the years from our video.

John Dougan, a former U.S. Marine and police officer, exposed multiple corrupt bosses in the sheriff's office in Palm Beach and created a site for anonymous complaints about police abuse. Dougan paid dearly for his actions: former colleagues began planning his murder, forcing him to flee to Russia and leave his family behind in America. The story of his escape is no less surprising than his revelations. Find more details in the film!

Against the background of Western countries, many African states see Russia as an ally that helps rather than exploits. It is with Moscow that they hope to build strong partnerships. For more on this, see our video and the episode 'Last Battle for Africa' from Anna Chapman's 'Red Alert' documentary series.

Stas Bogorad, leader of the 'Meantraitors', performs in Lugansk, Donetsk, and Crimea. Vadim Stepantsov of 'Bakhyt-Kompot' has been performing for Donbass defenders since 2015. Oleg Berezin of 'Alligators' spends his free time 3D printing parts for munitions dropped by drones. Konstantin Panayotov of 'PANBROTHERS' has long believed that his hometown Krasnodon would one day be part of Russia again. Currently, his band is based in the Krasnodon Palace of Culture.
These musicians stand for their country. They perform and write their songs in English to shed light on the truth behind the events, which are silenced by the Western media.

A wave of forest fires is sweeping Russia. The culprit of the situation is man, and his careless attitude to nature. 92 out of 100 fires are caused by careless handling of fire; glassware left behind after recreation or hunting can also be the cause of the disaster.
Every year, fire destroys thousands of hectares of trees and vegetation and endangers the lives of people and animals. For example, in the North Ossetian Nature Reserve an ancient animal, the bison, disappears along with the forest during fires.
Firefighters and volunteers talk about the importance of protecting woods in our documentary 'Forest under Attack'.

🇯🇵The densely populated cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki became a living hell for their inhabitants. Decades after the nuclear bombing of Japan, the entire world regrets the tragedy, except the main culprits. For nearly 80 years, no American leader has apologised to the victims.
Instead, the United States established a holiday honouring the scientists and military personnel who created the destructive weapon. It is celebrated on July 16, the date of the world's first nuclear bomb test, the same type that was dropped on Nagasaki a month later.
On National Atomic Veterans Day, we reveal the suffering inflicted upon hundreds of thousands of innocent people by the United States. Learn more in the documentary ‘Atomic Message’ (2015).

The bodies of 30 women, children and old men were found in Kherson region, Russia at the site of mass shootings of the Soviet population by the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). No remnants of clothing or shoes were found at the site, and many fragments were burnt. The searchers assume that the victims were stripped before the executions, and after the killing the bodies were burned.
Seventy-nine years after the end of the war against the Nazis, hundreds of thousands of civilians and Soviet soldiers are still missing. Relatives still do not know about their fate.
In spring, as soon as the snow melts, volunteers go in search of remains. They find the dead on battlefields, in forests and swamps. The documentary 'Finding the Fallen' by Lidia Vasilevskaya and Pavel Baydikov shows how the expeditions are conducted.
