Extremely effective model of making considerable and rapid progress in any arena:

Treat your domain like an athlete does his sport.

- practice,
- get a coach,
- study, review game footage often,
- exercise discipline in body, mind, and lifestyle

You grossly underestimate the degree to which you can become more intelligent.

I’m not talking about getting smarter.
I’m talking about over clocking the computer inside your head.

Mental atrophy is a thing. So too is mental hyper trophy. It’s all too fucking real. Work it out.

YOU NEED TO BE READING MORE.
You are not reading enough.

Mentor of mine built company to $200MM/yr

During building season he was reading min. 6 hours/day and said it was absolutely instrumental in his success because “You need to be updating faster than the world does.”

Chances are, if you don’t like books. It’s because you were persuaded out of them.

This was the case for me.

I developed a hate for reading due to being forced to read literature in English class.

Rewire.

I love Napoleon.
Did you know he devoured books voraciously?

As a kid, when other kids would be playing during lunchtime—he was reading about Caesar & Alexander

Napoleon himself, on reading books:

“Read over and over again the campaigns of Alexander, Hannibal, Caesar, Gustavus, Turenne, Eugene and Frederic. ... This is the only way to become a great general and master the secrets of the art of war.”

This is echoed by 4 STAR General Mad Dog Mattis:

“If you haven't read hundreds of books, you are functionally illiterate, and you will be incompetent, because your personal experiences alone aren't broad enough to sustain you.”

But don’t stop there.
Books are great.
But it is imperative that you balance theory with praxis.
Balance studying the thing - with doing the thing.

And as great as books are - nothing beats a mentor. Mentors are *essential* for anyone serious about getting somewhere in life.

I don’t like asking other people for help.

For the longest time, I utterly refused and was completely turned off by the idea of seeking out mentors.

I preferred books instead. Full of knowledge, and books don’t hold you accountable. Books can’t criticise you. (Which is what I was avoiding subconsciously.)

And it wasn’t until I was willing to give that bullshit up… and be humble enough to ask for help when I needed it… that my development really soared and my growth went parabolic.

I still like books. They’re great.

But they are not even remotely comparable to having a personal relationship with a teacher that cares about you, who is also a master of their craft.

If I have seen further than others, it is because I stand on the shoulders of giants.

I learn from many, but chiefly owe my development to a handful of treasured mentors:

- Qi Gong master of multiple decades
- Marketing & Sales mentor who is responsible for producing Billions for clients
- Kundalini master + Usui Reiki Master
- The Greatest Hypnotherapist alive
- Shaman who spent their life studying under the greatest African and Native American shamans of our time

This is your sign to stop resisting.

Let go of the part of your ego that refuses to ask for help. It’s crippling you in ways you cannot currently comprehend.

Socrates mentored Plato.

Plato mentored Aristotle.

Aristotle mentored Alexander the Great.

And Alexander the Great conquered the known world at age 30.

Mentors are the ULTIMATE secret to success.

Key hallmark of a loser:

Lack of commitment.

A good way to guarantee mediocrity is to never stick to anything for an extended period of time.

Keep being a dabbler.

Keep quitting before any meaningful progress can be incurred. Get bored easily. Only do things that are fun.

Most people are MORE AFRAID of being a winner than they are of being a loser.

This sounds insane at first - until you realise:

Most people have low stress tolerances, and simply follow the path of least resistance.

If you’re a loser = nothing is expected of you.
If you’re a winner = there’s constant pressure to perform, keep it up, and maintain success

Rewire.

Deeper.

If they are a loser, while it might be a painful position to be in… they at least find profound comfort in being able to swim within their misery.

Because it’s fulfills a primal security need in the deepest parts of your brain: familiarity, and consistency of environment.

In many ways, the willingness to be a loser can also be a desire to be Peter Pan, never growing up, wishing they could be a kid forever and avoid responsibility indefinitely.

On the other hand, if you’re a winner….

Success is rarely private. It manifests outwardly. People notice. They treat you differently. It feels great. But now you have to keep this up in order to receive same treatment. What if you just got lucky? What if it was a one-off fluke and you can’t replicate your success?

The above hurdle is cleared only once you can prove to yourself that you didn’t get lucky. That the magic ingredient is YOU, and that you can replicate your success.

It’s surpassed only once you have attained FAITH IN YOURSELF, won through the repeated and consistent evidence of your talent, skill, and ability. Over and over again.

With that comes a well of extreme new-found confidence because you know in your heart:

“No matter what happens, the common denominator to my success is ME.”

Okay. So now you know you’ve got the sauce.
Then why do you still have an aversion toward success and being a winner?

I thought you fixed it?

Guess what.

There is no such thing as success without creating enemies. (Dramatic but very real in some cases)

If not through direct confrontation with competition… Deep down you know that by winning, you will arouse envy and jealousy in others.

And the truth of the matter is:

The BETTER you do, the harder you win, the more people will hate you.

Not just dislike. HATE.

There’s only ONE way to get over this hurdle: ACCEPT IT and stop wishing it was different.

Take it from me, there is *nothing* you can do to prevent this from happening

Stop putting hope in the illusion of

“If only I tread carefully, I will avoid this… it’s possible that EVERYONE can like me! I’ll just be very friendly!”

There has never been a more perfect man than JESUS CHRIST - and look at what they did to him.

You think you can do better?
No. It’s not happening. Period.

You must come to the understanding that most people are deeply insecure to the core.

You, doing nothing more than existing and SHINING BRIGHT, will trigger them - as you remind them of their deficiencies.

People don’t actually hate *you*

It’s not like you DID something to them, you committed no transgression.

Instead:

You shining, reflects a mirror back at their unfulfilled potential. THEN they backwards rationalise to justify their anguish.

This is a little fight going on their own head, battling against their psyche.

Endlessly frustrated as to why they are cursed with the inability to channel their willpower and creativity as you have done.

It’s neurosis.

NO DIFFERENT to when homeless ppl yell at u when walking.

You have no idea how many people (unconsciously) SUPRESS their own firepower in FEAR of outshining others.

Unequivocally: success paints a giant target on your back.

It may seem daunting at first.
BUT YOU GET USED TO IT.

Re-interpret: it’s a sign you’re headed in right direction.

IN SUMMARY:

- MASTER CONSISTENCY
- REALISE YOU ARE THE COMMON DENOMINATOR
- UNDERSTAND YOU ARE THE MAGIC INGREDIENT TO YOUR SUCCESS
- CEASE SUPPRESSING YOUR LIGHT

Decide yourself a star, behave like a star, practice being a star every day.

Namaste.

You can INSTANTLY shed yourself of past, negative, and limiting, behaviours, by changing the language and labels around them.

Understand that what you THINK is your default… is actually just a habit well practiced.

Let me explain:

Imagine somebody considers themselves to be shy. How do they describe it?

“I’m a naturally shy person.”

Believing this, and framing it like that, FUCKS them from changing out of it.

Because any effort they make towards NOT becoming shy, is—by their own parameters: UNNATURAL behaviour.

This means that, subconsciously, they are fighting against their own true nature.

FUCK THAT.
IMAGINE IF THEY TRIED THIS INSTEAD:

“In the past, I’ve habitually chosen to be shy.”

This is much better because,
1 - it’s already framing future success by describing the behaviour as “in the past”
2 - it’s shifted ‘NATURAL’ to ‘HABITUAL’
3 - it accepts responsibility by acknowledging the element of free will in the equation. That is not some curse. But a CHOICE they have repeatedly decided to make.

You are NOT “NATURALLY x y and z”
You have simply made it HABITUAL.

AND YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR HABITS.

Just through language alone, we separated the issue from being one of CORE IDENTITY into being one of HABITUAL BEHAVIOUR.

As humans, there is no single greater mover of behaviour than IDENTITY - be ultra careful what you identify with.

Be extra careful in the WORDS you use to describe yourself. WORDS is an anagram for SWORD. Don’t cut yourself on them.

Namaste.

Yesterday I was asked in the Q&A:
“How does one let go of insecurity?”

The answer is in the question:

Let go.

The presupposition here is that you are actively holding onto that insecurity.

Release your grip on it.

Insecurity is the perception of not being good enough.

Insecurity is believing that you fall short of making the mark.

You can let go of that perception by coming to the realisation that the entire thing is built on an arbitrary criteria that you have either:
- invented yourself
OR
- accepted from somebody else.

If you want to let go of that insecurity?

You can discard that now.
Release it.

And you’ll laugh later - when you realise that, this whole time… Nobody else cared but you.

What becoming more intelligent *actually* looks like:

- Bringing down inflammation in the brain
- Stimulating NGF (Nerve Growth Factor)
- Increasing BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotropic Factor)
- Improving myelination
- Improving your gut health

You CAN increase your intelligence.

You grossly overestimate the intellect and mental processing power of the average person.

Most people’s brains simply DO NOT WORK.

They should walk around with an “OUT OF ORDER” sign on their forehead.

Not a joke.
Their gray matter is of low functioning capacity.

Everything is a muscle. It grows stronger with use, and weaker with neglect.

Your brain is fucked.
Here’s the fix:

- Less drugs.
- Less processed food.
- More organic produce.
- More cell hydrating water.
- Less music.
- Less mindless scrolling.
- More fasting.
- More meditation.
- More going for walks without your phone.

.Just do that. Unfuck your brain. High functioning brain = balancing act of dopamine, GABA, serotonin and acetylcholine.

And then all you have to do is take those walks.

Genius thoughts and ideas will simply come to you. They are always floating about the ether.

But only land on minds whose environment is fertile enough to beckon their arrival.

Do you understand?

Make the commitment to follow this list.

I guarantee that not only will your brain work better, but also you’ll notice that negativity plagues you less, and even joy enters you naturally, with very little effort, as you can now allow it to become your default state easily.

3 BIGGEST SIGNS YOU’RE ABOUT TO ENTER A HUGE COSMIC LEVEL UP AND BE FLUNG INTO A GREATER REALITY:

1. Synchronicities so impossible they make your head spin. Intense and frequent.

2. Things malfunctioning in an extremely chance and obnoxious way. Things that are usually never a problem start failing.

3. Latency between thoughts and thing—drops radically. You think things, and then people say them/they manifest right in front of you. Conversations become readily predictable.

Every single time you resolve to do something,

And then actually follow through on it…

Your brain’s ability to execute, gets stronger. The inverse is also true. Keep bullshitting yourself and brain starts to rot.
