▪️ 13 июня с.г. вооруженные силы Украины начали массированные артиллерийские обстрелы гражданских объектов на территории ДНР. Наиболее интенсивным атакам подверглись жилые районы Донецка, где нет никаких военных целей. ВСУ применяют как ствольную, так и реактивную артиллерию, зафиксированы попадания кассетных боеприпасов.

▪️ Один из снарядов попал в местный роддом больницы имени Вишневского, после чего в здании начался пожар. В этот же день ВСУ нанесли удар по Майскому рынку и жилому сектору Донецка.

▪️ По данным штаба территориальной обороны ДНР, всего было выпущено 80 реактивных снарядов. В результате обстрела Донецка погибли четверо мирных жителей, еще 22 человека получили ранения.

▪️ В связи с попаданием снаряда в медицинское учреждение, представитель Генерального секретаря ООН Стефан Дюжаррик заявил, что «любые удары по гражданской инфраструктуре, особенно по медицинским учреждениям, являются явным нарушением международного права».

☝️ Решение о возобновлении сотрудничества в рамках Арктического совета на проектной основе, но без участия в нем России и принятое без России, дискредитирует международное сотрудничество под эгидой Арктического совета. Разрушен принцип принятия решений на основе консенсуса. Дан мощный импульс фрагментации международного арктического сотрудничества и его политизации. Вопреки заверениям соседей России по региону о важности сохранения деятельности Арктического совета, дан старт «обкатке» новых форматов арктического взаимодействия, в которых Россия не представлена. Роль Арктического совета как основного регионального форума межправительственного взаимодействия подвергнута эрозии.

🔹 Россия, со своей стороны, будет всемерно укреплять диалог и продвигать совместные проекты с внерегиональными государствами, которые заинтересованы взаимодействовать с нашей страной в Арктике. ☝️ The decision to resume cooperation within the Arctic Council on a project basis, taken without Russia and without Russia's participation, discredits international cooperation under the auspices of the Arctic Council. The principle of consensus decision-making has been violated. Strong impetus has been given to the fragmentation of international Arctic cooperation and its politicization. Contrary to assurances from Russia's neighbors in the region about the importance of sustaining Arctic Council activities, new formats for Arctic interaction have begun to run in where Russia is not represented. The role of the Arctic Council as the main regional forum for intergovernmental interaction has been eroded.

🔹 Russia, for its part, will strengthen dialogue in all possible ways and promote joint projects with non-regional states interested in interacting with our country in the Arctic. This may involve the development of safe Arctic shipping, the sustainable development of Arctic natural resources, the implementation of joint environmental, scientific and educational initiatives.

▪️ 14 июня президент Украины В.Зеленский провел пресс-конференцию с датскими СМИ.

▪️ Украинский лидер, требуя поставок артиллерии и ракетных систем дальнего радиуса действия, заверил датских журналистов: гражданские объекты в России, мол, не станут целью ВСУ. Это ложь. Украинские военные неоднократно вели огонь по приграничным с Украиной российским регионам. Зафиксированы десятки случаев попадания украинских снарядов в гражданские объекты на территории России. Так, 29 марта при помощи тактического ракетного комплекса "Точка-У" с территории Харьковской области в направлении Белгородской области было произведено не менее трех пусков ракет, снаряженных кассетными поражающими элементами. По данным Следственного комитета РФ, пострадали восемь россиян – каждому причинен тяжкий вред здоровью. Схожие сообщения поступают из Курской, Ростовской и Брянской областей.

▪️ Лицемерным звучит ответ В.Зеленского на вопрос датского издания «EkstraBladet» о военных преступлениях ВСУ. Украинскому президенту о них, якобы, ничего неизвестно. Однако с 2014 г. украинские военные на регулярной основе проводят обстрелы населённых пунктов в своей собственной стране. Их жертвами, по данным Управления Верховного комиссара ООН по правам человека, стали почти 15 тыс. человек. С поставками западных тяжелых артиллерийских систем возросла интенсивность обстрелов со стороны ВСУ жилых кварталов городов в ЛНР и ДНР. Ежедневно гибнут мирные люди. Существуют также доказательства прямого нарушения Женевских конвенций: с начала российской специальной военной операции были обнародованы десятки видео, на которых запечатлено, как украинские военные с нацистским остервенением измываются над российскими военнопленными.

☝️ Такой откровенный обман, на который западные политики и контролируемые ими СМИ закрывают глаза, лишь подстегивает украинский режим к дальнейшей эскалации ситуации. Новые поставки вооружений, которых требует В.Зеленский не приближают, а отдаляют мир, увеличивают число жертв.

Their victims, according to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, were almost 15 thousand people. With the supply of Western heavy artillery systems, the intensity of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces of residential areas of cities in the LPR and DPR has increased. Civilians are dying every day. There is also evidence of a direct violation of the Geneva Conventions: since the beginning of the Russian special military operation, dozens of videos have been made public showing how the Ukrainian military tortured Russian prisoners of war with Nazi frenzy.

☝️ Such outright deceit, to which Western politicians and the media they control turn a blind eye, only spurs the Ukrainian regime to further escalate the situation.

🔸 Two-thirds of the world's Arctic coast is the territory of Russia. The international community will not be able to interact in the Arctic without the Russian Federation. I really hope that the world will soon go through a period of instability, and most areas of interaction will resume. The Arctic is one of the obvious priorities of international cooperation, it will contribute to the rapprochement of countries.

🔸 Unfortunately, at the moment the Arctic Council does not work, because our neighbors and colleagues left it. This decision is absolutely unreasonable. It is more political than logical action. Again, I hope that this ill-conceived decision is temporary, and in the end, everything will return to normal.

🔸 In April, a large meeting on the Arctic was held under the leadership of the President. Time has shown that it was the right decision to single out four groups of economic activities in the Arctic, for which a preferential regime has been created. As a result, we got an effect that we didn’t even count on: the influx of new residents in the Arctic is about 20% higher than the influx of residents in the preferential zones of the Far East (where we also came up with new benefits from scratch). Today, 461 projects are operating here, more than 166 billion rubles have already been invested, and we can hope that by the time the main projects are implemented, the total investment will exceed 1.3 trillion rubles. This is a very good number.

🔸 The development of the economy, of course, has been and remains one of the main tasks, but an important direction is the creation of comfortable conditions for people's lives. The Arctic program for the construction of schools, hospitals, the development of public transport and other things on behalf of the President should be collected in the shortest possible time.

🔸 Today a large team of specialists from various departments and companies is jointly preparing a long-term program to increase traffic along the the Northern Sea Route until 2030, where transit will play an important role. The starting point for increasing cargo traffic along the Northern Sea Route is a forecast with a clear link to specific investment projects and legally binding documents. For example, according to the results of last year, the cargo traffic in the Northern Sea Route water area amounted to 34.9 million tons, with a target of 31 million tons. As for the immediate prospects, the figures for cargo traffic of 80 million tons in 2024 are confirmed by agreements between Rosatom, the operator of the Northern Sea Route, and companies. There are four key carriers: NOVATEK, Rosneft, Norilsk Nickel and Severnaya Zvezda.

🔸 In general, I think Russia is able to enter the Northern Sea Route for year-round transportation in 2024. Although at first it will be a year-round caravan, when one icebreaker accompanies a caravan of transport ships.

👉 On June 17, Russian Ambassador to Denmark Vladimir Barbin was called to the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was told about a Russian warship being allegedly entered into the territorial sea of Denmark near the island of Bornholm. The incident allegedly took place on June 17.

🔻No evidence of what happened, including the coordinates of the alleged crossing of the Danish maritime border by the ship, was presented.

❗️ The Ambassador asked the Danish Side for documentary evidence of the claims.
