💬 29 октября украинские вооружённые силы под прикрытием гуманитарного коридора, созданного в рамках реализации «черноморской инициативы» по вывозу украинской сельхозпродукции, нанесли массированный авиационный и морской удары с использованием беспилотных аппаратов по кораблям и инфраструктуре Черноморского флота России на военно-морской базе в Севастополе.
В связи с действиями украинских вооружённых сил, которыми руководили британские специалисты, направленными в том числе против российских судов, обеспечивающих функционирование указанного гуманитарного коридора (что нельзя квалифицировать иначе, нежели теракт), российская сторона не может гарантировать безопасность гражданских сухогрузов, участвующих в «черноморской инициативе», и приостанавливает её реализацию с сегодняшнего дня на неопределённый срок.

💬 The Russian Foreign Ministry, together with other competent Russian authorities, is working on practical steps in connection with the involvement of British specialists in the preparation of a terrorist attack in the Black Sea on October 29 and training of the Ukrainian military, as the Russian Defence Ministry has announced.
At the same time, the Russian military reported that they have information on the involvement of the British security services in a series of explosions on the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea. Russia has repeatedly called for a joint investigation into these attacks. Relevant proposals were sent to the governments of Denmark, Sweden and Germany. The fact that the Western countries declined this proposal confirms that they have something to hide.

💬 Dmitry Kuleba wrote the following in his Twitter-account: “Russia has launched a new publicity stunt focused on hunger. Moscow has promised to send 500,000 tonnes of free grain, which has most probably been stolen in Ukraine, to other countries within the next four months. However, by blocking the grain corridor Russia has stopped the delivery of 2 million (!) tonnes of grain to Algeria, Yemen, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and other countries RIGHT NOW.”
And now the truth:
1. Russia has long been offering to deliver ITS OWN fertilisers to the countries that need them. The offer has been made by the President (1, 2) and the Foreign Minister.
2. Russia is also ready to send up to 500,000 tonnes of ITS OWN grain to the poorest countries free of charge.
3. The Kiev regime, due to its own greed, is unwilling to give anything to anybody even when others are ready to help others for free.
4. The grain deal has been killed by Zelensky and his terrorists, controlled by British special forces, so as to complement nuclear blackmail with a grain ransom. The money and weapons they receive are no longer enough for them. They want more deaths. Money, weapons, and death are the devilish force behind the Kiev regime.

⚡️ Statement of the Russian Federation on preventing nuclear war
As a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council and one of the nuclear-weapon powers, in accordance with the Treaty on the Nonproliferation of Nuclear Weapons, the Russian Federation bears a special responsibility in matters related to strengthening international security and strategic stability.
In implementing its policy on nuclear deterrence Russia is strictly and consistently guided by the tenet that a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought.
Russia proceeds from the continued relevance of the existing arrangements and understandings in the field of cutting and limiting nuclear weapons, as well as reducing strategic risks and threat of international incidents and conflicts fraught with escalation to nuclear level. We fully reaffirm our commitment to the Joint statement of the leaders of the five nuclear-weapon states on preventing nuclear war. We are strongly convinced that in the current complicated and turbulent situation, caused by irresponsible and impudent actions aimed at undermining our national security, the most immediate task is to avoid any military clash of nuclear powers.
❗️ We urge other states of the "nuclear five" to demonstrate in practice their willingness to work on solving this top-priority task and to give up the dangerous attempts to infringe on vital interests of each other while balancing on the brink of a direct armed conflict and encouraging provocations with weapons of mass destruction, which can lead to catastrophic consequences.
🌐 Russia continues to advocate for a revamped, more robust architecture of international security based on ensuring predictability and global strategic stability, as well as on the principles of equal rights, indivisible security and mutual account of core interests of the parties.

⚡️ In connection with the Defence Ministry’s reports about the United Kingdom’s involvement in the October 29 terrorist attack against the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, British Ambassador to Russia Deborah Bronnert was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry on November 3.
A strong protest in connection with the British military specialists’ active participation in training and providing supplies to the units of the Ukrainian special operations forces, including with the goal of conducting acts of sabotage at sea, were expressed to the Ambassador. Concrete facts of that kind of activities by London were provided.
⚠️ The demarche emphasised that such confrontational actions by the British pose the threat of an escalation and can lead to unpredictable and dangerous consequences.
It was pointed out that such hostile provocations were unacceptable and a demand was put forward to stop them immediately. Should these acts of aggression that are fraught with direct implication in the conflict continue, the responsibility for their harmful consequences and the mounting tensions in relations between our countries will lie entirely with the British side.

🇷🇺 Our common heartfelt devotion to Russia, our love for it, the unity of the multiethnic people of this country both in times of trial and in resolving large-scale development goals – these have always been the key moments in our history.
• Our position on the preservation of historical memory and thus our sovereignty irritates some countries in the West. As a matter of fact, this has been the case for centuries.
• For decades after the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ukraine experienced direct, overt interference from Western countries in its internal affairs.
❗️ The clash with the neo-Nazi regime – Russia's clash with the neo-Nazi regime that developed in Ukraine – was inevitable.
• It is Ukraine and the Ukrainian people that have become the first and the main victims of breeding hate towards Russians and Russia. Meanwhile, everything is exactly the opposite in Russia, and you are well aware of that – we have always treated the Ukrainian people with warm respect.
• Today the foreign powers are absolutely ruthless to the Ukrainian people as they send non-stop supplies of weapons and mercenaries there. They are promoting their geopolitical objectives at the expense of the Ukrainian people with goals that have nothing to do with the interests of the Ukrainian people.

🇺🇳 The Third Committee of the UN General Assembly adopted the Russian draft resolution “Combating glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.”
105 nations voted for the document, 52 voted against it and 15 abstained.
The draft resolution was co-authored by Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cambodia, the CAR, Cuba, the DPRK, Equatorial Guinea, Laos, Mali, Nicaragua, Pakistan, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Vietnam.
The resolution encourages states to take appropriate concrete measures, “including legislative and educational ones,” in order to prevent revisionism in respect of history and the outcome of the Second World War “and the denial of the crimes against humanity and war crimes committed during the Second World War.”

Подача Россией заявки на расширение континентального шельфа за пределы 200 морских миль в Северном Ледовитом океане полностью соответствует нормам международного права. Комиссия по границам континентального шельфа будет определять обоснованность претензий как России, так и других арктических государств. 🔹Россия исходит из постулата, что в ядерной войне не может быть победителей. Такая позиция была подтверждена 3 января 2022 года в совместном заявлении пяти ядерных держав, принятом по инициативе России.
🔹В статье «Юлландс-Постен» нет ни слова о том, что ядерная риторика на самом деле все чаще используется именно странами НАТО. Цель – оказание давления на Россию, формирование благожелательного общественного мнения для усиления ядерного компонента в военном планировании НАТО, обоснование присутствия американского ядерного оружия в Европе.
🔹Размещение ядерного оружия США на территории других государств и обучение иностранных военнослужащих его применению противоречит Договору о нераспространении ядерного оружия, участником которого является и Дания. Этот договор ни прямо, ни косвенно не предусматривает передачу ядерными государствами кому бы то ни было контроля над ядерным оружием. Неядерные государства, в свою очередь, обязались ни прямо, ни косвенно не принимать ядерное оружие и контроль над ним.

🔹Rusland går ud fra postulatet, at der ikke kan være vindere i en atomkrig. Denne holdning blev bekræftet den 3. januar 2022 i en fælles erklæring fra de fem atommagter, vedtaget på initiativ af Rusland.
🔹I debatindlægget står der ikke et ord om, at nuklear retorik faktisk i stigende grad bliver brugt af NATO-landene. Målet er at lægge pres på Rusland, danne en velvillig offentlig mening for at styrke den nukleare komponent i NATOs militære planlægning og retfærdiggøre tilstedeværelsen af amerikanske atomvåben i Europa.
🔹Opstilling af amerikanske atomvåben på andre staters territorium og træning af udenlandsk militært personel i deres brug i strid med traktaten om ikke-spredning af atomvåben, NPT, som Danmark også er part i. Traktaten giver hverken direkte eller indirekte mulighed for, at atomstater overfører kontrol over atomvåben til nogen anden. Ikke-nukleare stater lovede til gengæld hverken direkte eller indirekte at acceptere atomvåben og kontrol over dem.

🔹Rusland går ud fra postulatet, at der ikke kan være vindere i en atomkrig. Denne holdning blev bekræftet den 3. januar 2022 i en fælles erklæring fra de fem atommagter, vedtaget på initiativ af Rusland.
🔹I debatindlægget står der ikke et ord om, at nuklear retorik faktisk i stigende grad bliver brugt af NATO-landene. Målet er at lægge pres på Rusland, danne en velvillig offentlig mening for at styrke den nukleare komponent i NATOs militære planlægning og retfærdiggøre tilstedeværelsen af amerikanske atomvåben i Europa.
🔹Opstilling af amerikanske atomvåben på andre staters territorium og træning af udenlandsk militært personel i deres brug i strid med traktaten om ikke-spredning af atomvåben, NPT, som Danmark også er part i. Traktaten giver hverken direkte eller indirekte mulighed for, at atomstater overfører kontrol over atomvåben til nogen anden. Ikke-nukleare stater lovede til gengæld hverken direkte eller indirekte at acceptere atomvåben og kontrol over dem.

🤝2 ноября 2022 г. состоялся Саммит коренных малочисленных народов Арктики. Мероприятие прошло в рамках плана председательства Российской Федерации в Арктическом совете в 2021 – 2023 годах. В Саммите приняли участие представители коренных малочисленных народов из 9 субъектов Российской Федерации, входящих в Арктическую зону Российской Федерации, а также представители федеральных и региональных органов власти.
✔️Участники саммита обсудили потенциал традиционной экономики, модернизацию систем жизнеобеспечения, трансграничное сотрудничество коренных малочисленных народов Арктики, а также актуальные подходы к образованию, сохранению языков и культурного наследия этих народов.

🤝 Den 2. november var Moskva vært for mødet for oprindelige folk i Arktis. Arrangementet blev afholdt som en del af planen for det russiske formandskab i Arktisk Råd i 2021-2023. I topmødet deltog repræsentanter for oprindelige folk fra 9 russiske regioner, der er en del af Den Russiske Føderations arktiske zone, samt repræsentanter for føderale og regionale myndigheder.
✔️Topmødedeltagerne diskuterede den traditionelle økonomi, moderniseringen af livsstøttesystemer, grænseoverskridende samarbejde mellem de oprindelige folk i #Arktis samt aktuelle tilgange til uddannelse, bevarelse af disse folks sprog og kulturarv.

✍️ President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On Approving the Fundamentals of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values.
🇷🇺 Traditional values include human life, dignity, human rights and freedoms, patriotism, civic consciousness, service to the Fatherland and responsibility for its destiny, high moral ideals, strong families, productive labour, the primacy of the spiritual over corporeal, humanism, charity, justice, collectivism, mutual assistance and mutual respect, historical memory and the continuity of generations, as well as the unity of Russia’s peoples.
The National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation assesses that the situation in Russia and the world requires emergency measures to defend traditional values.
⚠️ Threats to traditional values come from:
• extremist and terrorist organisations,
• some news media and communication platforms,
• the actions of the United States and other unfriendly foreign states, several transnational corporations and foreign NGOs,
• the activities of some organisations and individuals in the territory of Russia.
Destructive ideological influences on Russian citizens are threatening the demographic health of the country.
👉 Objectives set forth in state policy to preserve and strengthen traditional values:
🔸 to strengthen civic unity, national civic identity and Russian singularity, inter-ethnic and inter-faith harmony based on the unifying role played by traditional values;
