This lawsuit against the US gov. is a mess. It is a "kitchen sink" where the attorneys threw everything they could possibly think of into the text.
It is frivolous and malicious.
I would like to to see the US gov counter sue for damages (both monetary and reputational), as this suit is retaliatory and frivolous.

THE GOVERNOR’S OVERREACH OF POWER: Hawaiʻi’s governor has issued 90+ emergency proclamations, suspending at least 20 state laws without Legislation. These “emergencies” are based on administrative issues and not real emergencies. No one is checking this power.

When emergency authority is used without limits, transparency, or legislative oversight, fundamental rights can be suspended quietly, and most people don’t realize it until it’s too late. Madura is an illegal dictator, who has ground the Venezuelan economy to dust. He needed to be arrested and the country given a fresh start.
President Trump is doing this with almost no bloodshed. He first gave Madura a chance to leave the country - Maduro refused.
Trump's strategy has been brilliantly carried out.
