SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, April 19—Charles A. Lang, an explorer from Pittsburgh, arrived in this city, Wednesday, with seven well preserved mummies discovered beneath the ruins of cliff dwellers' houses in southeastern Utah. These mummies are in an extraordinary state of preservation, which is accounted for by the entire absence of moisture from the atmosphere and earth in that district. Among the collection is a male of giant statue, two females and two boys. They are not bodies of the cliff dwellers, but of some race who lived before them. Their hair is reddish, instead of black, as with the cliff dwellers.

Then the thiamine protocols started, and taking big doses of cayenne.

then last night , upset stomach.. passed half dozen of these black ⚫️ dense marbles...

It just makes me think of guilt and shame over laziness.

Energy needs to be free of blockage and its pathways need restoration. The road to spiritual renewal then levels out considerably.
