4.19 kernel TEST build for santoni (Use at your own risk)

Notice:
- May not boot on encrypted device, due to the thing, that 4.19 has another encryption method

Bugs:
- Camera is not working
- WLED (has strange noise)

k4.19 status update: got audio and camera basically working now, Mainly thanks to Artem

Fixed camera on mi8917+mi8937

Fixed WLED electrical sound by using older driver(LEDS_QPNP_WLED)

Fixed LED(aw2013) by moving to mainline aw2013 driver

- Maybe IR isn't working
- Video recording is broken
- LED doesn't react to notifications

Screen flickering is fixed on sdm845 4.19. Tanz(Polaris dev) found that it was rom side issue

So flickering issue is fixed on beryllium 4.19

I can continue working on 4.19, but problem is my lack of time, which wouldn't allow to work on kernel development 24/7

FTS_TS fixed by using mainline driver
