Though, Now it's MDSS meme, still can't display properly, but at least we fixed the hardest one

Kernel 4.19 has BOOTED into ROM, finally
on MSM8940 with Adreno 505

Current 4.19 status on msm8937:

- Camera ✅
- Vibration ✅
- WLED ✅
- LED (aw2013) ✅
- Fingerprint ✅
- Touchscreen ✅
- Deep Sleep ✅

4.19 kernel TEST build for santoni (Use at your own risk)

Notice:
- May not boot on encrypted device, due to the thing, that 4.19 has another encryption method

Bugs:
- Camera is not working
- WLED (has strange noise)

Camera is fixed

k4.19 status update: got audio and camera basically working now, Mainly thanks to Artem

Fixed camera on mi8917+mi8937

Fixed WLED electrical sound by using older driver(LEDS_QPNP_WLED)

Fixed LED(aw2013) by moving to mainline aw2013 driver

4.19 kernel TEST build for santoni (Use at your own risk)

Notice:
- May not boot on encrypted device, due to the thing, that 4.19 has another encryption method
- Camera works only in 4.19 roms

Bugs:
- Maybe IR isn't working
- Video recording is broken
- LED doesn't react to notifications

Screen flickering is fixed on sdm845 4.19. Tanz(Polaris dev) found that it was rom side issue
