This is Maryana Naumova. She's a Russian powerlifter, journalist, and television presenter. She's also part of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, a member of the Lenin Communist Youth Union and so infamous for being a hardcore zigger that she's placed on the Ukrainian sanctions list because she "frequently visits frontline and occupied territories of Ukraine to film propaganda stories in support of the war in accordance with Kremlin narratives" and "supports Putin's aggression and mass murder of civilians in Ukraine".

This is where this story gets funny however - she is biologically a he. In a now deleted Instagram post, this was confirmed. If you go on the Wikipedia page however, you will not find a word on it.

It's funny how Russia talks about the degenerate west when one of their most hardcore "patriots" was born male and became a "female" later on, lmao.

Watching Russia’s silence in response to attacks on Iran might make it easy to laugh at the Kremlin’s weakness and its fear of supporting its own allies. But it’s worth remembering that Iran has repeatedly accused Russia of cooperating with Israel. Iranian state media claimed that while Russia controlled the skies over Syria, it did nothing to stop Israeli strikes on Iranian forces in the region. The much-discussed cooperation agreement between Iran and Russia doesn’t include any provisions for military support—and even that deal was delayed by Iran, despite being announced in 2024.
