📋🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Two Majors #Report for the Morning of 13 December 2023; pub. 06:58📍

🎯 Overnight, the Russian Army launched missile strikes on #Kiev, with reported incoming attacks in the Dneprovsky district of the enemy capital. Geran UAVs worked off targets in #Odessa region and the area of #Starokonstantinov airfield in #Khmelnitsky region.

▪️ #Maryinka has been liberated. Points of resistance remain north of the #Maryinskoye reservoir, and there is still much combat work to be done. There have been reports that some Ukrainian soldiers have been leaving their positions unauthorisedly. The fighting for the town has been going on for more than a year, the neighbourhoods are to be cleared. This success gives the Russian Army the opportunity to intensify combat operations from the north in the direction of #Pobeda and #Novomikhaylovka and further on to #Ugledar, which is extremely difficult to take from the south because of the terrain.

▪️ In the #Avdeyevka sector, despite difficult weather conditions, our troops were active near the cottage village "Vinogradniki" near the industrial zone, made a daring manoeuvre to cut into the enemy defence on the outskirts of #Avdeyevka and hold the occupied positions. In response to cannon artillery fire, the RF Armed Forces conducted a counterbattery fight in the exposed areas of its deployment. The enemy is pulling new reinforcements into the #Avdeyevka Sack from other sectors of the front.

▪️ On the #Zaporozhye front near #Verbovoye yesterday morning, enemy infantry attacks were repelled, and enemy attempts to advance were foiled by artillery fire. By mid-afternoon, the AFU again tried to advance under the cover of their artillery fire in small groups of infantry, and our units' small arms fire repelled the advance.

▪️ In the #Kherson direction, fighting continued near #Krynki, the RF AFU is destroying the enemy's manpower delivered across the #Dnieper. At the cost of daily losses of personnel, the enemy is holding on to what has become an unpromising stretch of terrain on our bank. Reported fighting on the islands in the floodplain of the #Dnieper River.

▪️ In the #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) section of the front, our troops retain the initiative, fighting is going on near #Bogdanovka and #Khromovo. It is reported that a section of the #Grigorovka - #Bogdanovka road has been taken under control. To the south, near #Kleshcheyevka, the Russian Army is pushing through the enemy's defences north of the settlement.

▪️ In the #Kupyansk sector, counter battles at #Sinkovka.

💥 On the #DPR civilian population, the enemy fired 34 munitions, two civilians were wounded in #Donetsk and #Gorlovka.

📌 Enemy analysts write that “the situation [for the AFU] along the entire line of contact is simply bad.” Our troops are buzzing with emotional tension, there is more and more talk about the impending large scale strikes of the Russian Army on several sectors of the front.
