Ukraine is not preparing a 'dirty bomb' provocation. This is completely absurd. Mykhaylo Podolyak, advisor to the Ukrainian presidential office, stated this. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba also denied these claims.
The fact:
Russian Defence Minister Sergey Shoygu has warned his counterparts from Turkey, France, Britain and the US about a planned provocation by Kyiv. Information about the ministers' phone calls was posted on foreign defence ministries' websites.
The fact that it was a ‘dirty bomb’ provocation that was the topic is evident from the global media headlines. Obviously, neither the Russian minister nor his foreign counterparts would have organised such intensive talks if no threat had existed. It is noteworthy that US Defence Secretary Austin Lloyd himself called Sergei Shoigu. This shows that even in the Pentagon they recognise and are aware of the danger of Kiev's provocation.
Earlier, RIA Novosti cited a source as saying that Kiev was finalising a ‘dirty bomb’ and was ready to use it to accuse Russia of using nuclear weapons and under this pretext demand NATO's direct intervention in the conflict. The provocation is being helped by representatives of the UK, who are ready to hand over components of the nuclear weapon to the Kyiv authorities.
A ‘dirty bomb’ is a conventional ammunition that contains radioactive materials. ▪️There are no significant changes on the frontline. The command of the 14th Mechanized Brigade has rotated personnel. Formations of the Brigade are now preparing for an offensive against the positions of the Russian Forces in the direction of #Kislovka.
#Svatovo Sector:
▪️The AFU with a combined battalion and tactical group attempted an attack on the Russian positions near #Kuzemovka from the direction of #Peschanoye. Russian Forces repulsed the attack and destroyed one tank and three APCs.
#Lyman Sector:
▪️Assault groups of the 66th Mechanized AFU Brigade, supported by artillery, attacked the strongholds of Russian Forces near #Nevskoye.
During the fighting, the command of the Ukrainian unit moved a reserve of tanks to break through the Russian defences. However, the attack was repulsed and the forces of the 66th Mechanized Brigade retreated to their initial positions. As a result, the Russian Forces destroyed three tanks, two BMPs, one APC and three pickups of the AFU.

Another attempt to probe our defence in the north. With the same zero result.
#Svatovo Direction:
An attempt to cut into our defenses between #Svatovo and #Kremennaya. With zero result and losses for the AFU.
#Soledar Direction:
Assault action by the RF Armed Forces, 1st LPR Corps and Wagner PMC is underway. #Bakhmutskoye is almost taken (northern part is being cleared). There is a small advance in #Soledar (all on the map).
#Artemovsk (#Bakhmut) Direction:
#Opytnoye is being mopped up (hopefully it will be finished by the morning). This will dramatically simplify the situation and speed up the further assault on the city. The enemy is clinging desperately, counterattacking, but still forced to retreat.

#RussianFederation Territories:
▪️ In the Belgorod region, Ukrainian militants shelled civilian buildings in the border villages of #Tishanka and #Verigovka. There were no civilian casualties.
#Starobelsk Direction (MAP):
▪️ In the #Kupyansk area, the Ukrainian command of the 14th Mechanized Brigade has rotated personnel in preparation for an offensive against Russian positions near the village of #Kislovka.
▪️ In the #Svatovo sector, units of the AFU BTGr made an unsuccessful attempt to attack the positions of the Russian Forces near the village of #Kuzemovka. The enemies retreated to theirs initial positions and lost one tank and three armoured vehicles.
▪️ In the #Lyman sector, Ukrainian assault groups of the 66th Mechanized Brigade together with a tank reserve, attacked Russian strongholds near #Nevskoye. Russian Forces repulsed the attack and destroyed three tanks, two BMPs, one APC and three pickups of the AFU.
▪️ In the #Lysychansk sector, the AFU command moved reserves to compensate for the losses incurred in the failed attempts to storm the Russian positions in the direction of #Belogorovka.
#Soledar Direction:
▪️ There are no significant changes in the frontline, AFU units tried to push Wagner PMC units out of the asphalt plant on the eastern outskirts of #Bakhmut. At the same time, fierce fighting continues in the vicinity of #Opytnoye.
#Lugansk Region:
▪️ Ukrainian militants shelled #Zolote-2 and #Svatovo with HIMARS MLRS and also hit the village of #Krasnorechenskoye with artillery shells. Houses and civilian infrastructure were damaged. There were casualties among civilians and one fatality.
#Donetsk Direction:
▪️ AFU militants shelled #Donetsk, #Makeevka, #Dokuchayevsk, Krasny Partizan, #Kashtanovoye and other settlements in the agglomeration. To destroy radar and air defence complexes in #Donetsk, the militants used an US AGM-88 HARM anti-radar missile, which exploded in the air.
#Zaporozhye Direction:
▪️ No significant changes in the frontline in the last 24 hours. Mutual artillery fire is taking place along the entire line of contact.
▪️ In the morning, a car bomb exploted in #Melitopol near the ZATV television and radio company. Six journalists and civilians, including a 12-year-old girl, were injured.
▪️ Russian Forces hit AFU firing positions near #Nikopol and #Marganets, from where #Energodar and #Zaporozhye NPP are regularly shelled.
#Nikolaev - #Berislav Direction on Southern Front:
▪️ Ukrainian command continues to prepare for an offensive along the entire front line.
▪️ On the #Nikolaev section there were continuous artillery duels throughout the day. AN/TPQ-36 radars are deployed in #Kirovo and #Lymany to conduct counter-battery warfare.
▪️ In the #Andreevka sector, a SRG of the 46th AFU Aeromobile Brigade tried to entrench itself in the #Ishchenka area. The group was pushed back to its initial positions by artillery fire.
▪️ Several self-propelled artillery units, including a 155 mm Krab SAU, were moved to the vicinity of Novaya Kamenka in the #Berislav area.

◾It is necessary to update procedures and regulatory frameworks of economy as a whole, and of individual industries, and to ensure adequate supply of provisions to Special Military Operation, we need BROAD and DEEP coordination between all structures: economic, power blocs, and Russian regions - Putin at meeting of Coordination Council for Special Military Operation.
◾In most regions, work to respond to security threats is being carried out according to plan, in Belgorod region, West Russia, additional measures are required - Moscow Mayor Sobyanin at meeting of Coordination Council for Special Military Operation.
◾If we work within framework of standard bureaucratic procedures, HIDE behind formalities, we will NOT get the desired result in any area.
