The strikes were adjusted by a reconnaissance drone, which is still hovering over the city. There are suggestions that the attack was carried out using the "Tornado-S" multiple rocket launcher system, and the reconnaissance drone used laser targeting.

According to Russian public media, the man who's become NPK fertilizer is Major Maksym Trush, a senior officer in the Omega special forces unit of the National Guard of Ukraine.
He was allegedly killed in the Kupyansk area, where the Kiev command, attempting to regain control of the city at all costs, is sending, among other things, the remnants of its "elite" units to maximize the event.
The Omega special forces unit of the National Guard of Ukraine was initially formed in 2003 as a rapid response unit to terrorist activities. However, since 2014, the special forces unit has been involved in combat (punitive actions) in the Donbass as part of the so-called "counter-terrorism operation."
The NGU also acts as the Narkoman's elite bodyguard, which makes it weird for one of them to be thrown into the Kupyansk meatgrinder.
