커리어 세션에서는 디사이퍼 활동 기수 및 알럼나이가 참여하는 패널 토크가 이어졌습니다. 블록체인 초보자에서 디사이퍼까지의 여정, 비 블록체인 업계에서의 이직 경험에 대한 이야기를 나누고 BD/마케터, 개발자, 데브렐 등 각 직군에 종사하는 학회원이 직무 준비 방법과 업무 환경에 대한 인사이트를 공유해주셨습니다.

2024년부터 KBW 사이드 이벤트를 개최해 온 디사이퍼는, 이번 행사를 통해 블록체인 업계로의 진입을 희망하는 학생과 직장인에게 업계 전반에 대한 지식과 현직 종사자의 생생한 경험을 전달하였습니다. 또한, 유수의 국내,외 블록체인 프로젝트가 자신들을 알리고 새로운 인재를 발굴할 기회를 갖게 하였습니다. 앞으로도 디사이퍼는 국내 최고의 블록체인 학회로서 업계에 기여하고자 합니다.
지난 20일, KBW 기간을 맞이해 서울대학교 블록체인 학회 디사이퍼가 주관한 Blockchain Next Builders Fair가 개최되었습니다.
1/ 행사 취지
금번 행사는 블록체인이 처음이신 분, 블록체인 업계로의 이직을 희망하시는 분, 블록체인 프로젝트를 빌딩하며 피드백과 인터랙션을 원하시는 분, 그리고 대학 블록체인 학회에 관심이 많고 네트워킹을 원하시는 분을 한 자리에 모시기 위해 기획되었습니다.
