i found where i can build 5.15

in next update which is hopefully in a 2-3 weeks I'll make qs transparent with optional(i guess?) blur
also might try adding banner to settings idk
power menu will be blurred as well
vulkan will be forced, expect video playback bugs
maybe smth else that i forgot idk

first 5.15 build is almost done, it will hopefully receive testing as well

oh and most importantly, i updated some gms apks as attempt to fix recents bug
