blur should be done, tomorrow will be tested banner in settings implemented with maintainer string as well, but i need to draw actual banner because there's only placeholder power menu done 5.15 should build tomorrow with tests maybe
also there is bug when rounded corners overlay turn white in light mode, it should be fixed too
