Been about a week since I quit coffee.
First 5 days? Absolute struggle. My muscles felt weak, I had terrible headaches, my sleep schedule was a mess (couldn’t sleep at night, couldn’t focus during the day). I honestly didn’t realize how much caffeine I was consuming. I used to drink like 3 cups during the day and then a Nescafé at night when I pulled all-nighters.
Someone suggested I try cutting back a bit… but I went full cold turkey instead. Probably not my smartest move 😭
One thing this made me realize though: we should actually measure the things we consume. When you don’t pay attention, habits can quietly turn into dependencies before you even notice.
Anyway… I survived week one
Now I want you guys to react
