• Apps: When restoring, SB will now force app install for the current user only
• Wifi: Fixed restoring when password has escapable characters
• Wifi: Adapt with wifi restoring restrictions in Android Q
• Wifi: Improvements to secure lockscreen requests. It is now requested only once in a session when a wifi password is copied to clipboard.

Known issue on Android Q Beta 5:
Apps like SB that target Android Q, when installed using third-party source (Email/Telegram/Stock Files app, etc), have issues with runtime permissions. Eg. Storage permission is granted but app still can't read/write files. I've filed an issue here: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/137314677. Update: This is a bug and should be fixed in the next public beta as per comment #4 in the link.
