v3.1.3_RC1
Changes since v3.1.3_Beta4
• Fixes and updated translations
• If you want to try out labels in this release: Go to SB Settings, About, tap Version 7 times (So original, much unique, I know). Go back to Settings > Restart app.
PS: Please don’t request anything related to labels at this time. Labels are still a work in progress. In future updates, you’ll be able to use labels in Schedule and you can also create your own highly flexible backup/restore configuration like a boss. Please be patient as these are huge changes and will roll out when both ‘labels’ and ‘configurations’ are done. No eta.

Important Notice about v3.2.0
v3.2.0 posted here last night didn't get uploaded on Google Play at all. Apparently, Google is not yet ready to accept APKs with the new 'All files access' permission in Android R since they haven't setup a separate review process yet for apps that use this permission.
What's with this 'All files access' permission?
Swift Backup needs this permission to properly work on Android 11 (R). This permission gives apps proper traditional access to storage files as opposed to the restricted file access Google has introduced in Android Q and R. Google plans to control which apps can use this permission via Google Play Developer Policy.
So it seems like apps will have to fill a form and go through an additional review process by Google in order to upload APKs on Google Play with this permission in the Manifest file in the APK. From what I've read and heard so far, Google is planning to allow only File Manager and Backup Manager apps to use this permission, but I think other categories (eg. automation apps) will be included as well.
I will post an update here as soon as new information becomes available. Until then feel free to download APKs from @swiftbackupupdates.

v3.2.1_Beta1 (396).apk
13.8 MB
Beta release: v3.2.1_Beta1
FYI for the nerds
Swift Backup is back to targeting Android Q because of Android R's 'All files access' permission situation: https://bit.ly/all-files-access-delay.
This has no impact apart from Swift Backup reverting to using the legacy storage permissions used in Android M to Q.
Changes
• Apps: Added options to set separate local/cloud backup size limits for each app data parts (See in App backup settings, App data)
• Apps: Fixed restore issues on some devices with MIUI 12
• Apps: Fixed rootless APK restore issues on MIUI (Disable MIUI optimization from Developer Settings)
• Cloud: Fixed a few WebDAV connection issues
• SwiftLogger: Added option to share device logcat
• Bug fixes
Test Options: Go to About, Tap Version 7 times
• Cloud: Initial FTP support. Currently only recommended for experienced FTP users.
