🚨BREAKING: Court Grants Missouri & Louisiana Request to Depose Dr. Fauci, Other Biden Officials in Relation to Collusion with Big Tech to Suppress Free Speech

🇺🇸@COVID19Up: Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced on Friday (Oct. 21) that the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana granted Missouri and Louisiana’s request for depositions from top-ranking officials in the federal government.

This is movement in his lawsuit against top-ranking Biden Administration officials for allegedly colluding to suppress freedom of speech. The list of granted depositions includes Dr. Anthony Fauci, former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, Director of White House Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty, Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, CISA Director Jen Easterly, and FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan.

The original lawsuit was filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry on May 5, 2022. Missouri and Louisiana filed a Motion for Expedited Preliminary Injunction-Related Discovery on June 17, 2022, and that motion was granted on July 12, 2022, clearing the way for Missouri and Louisiana to gather discovery and documents from Biden Administration officials and social media companies.

“After finding documentation of a collusive relationship between the Biden Administration and social media companies to censor free speech, we immediately filed a motion to get these officials under oath,” said Schmitt.

“It is high time we shine a light on this censorship enterprise and force these officials to come clean to the American people, and this ruling will allow us to do just that. We’ll keep pressing for the truth.”

Background on The POP:

During the 2018 Liberate Your Mind Tour, I gave a presentation noscriptd, The Pyramid of Power. This 2 hour presentation explored the mechanisms by which the vast majority of our planet falls prey to spiritual, mental, and physical slavery. The presentation examined the various institutions and organizations that make up this Pyramid and asked how we as individuals are supporting these systems. Finally, the presentation included proposals for potential solutions and ways to live without supporting systems that do not align with our values.

🚨BREAKING: Apple Has New App Store Rules for NFTs and Cryptocurrency

Apple has announced updates to the App Store Review Guidelines, offering guidance for apps offering cryptocurrency and NFTs. The company has remained relatively quiet on blockchain technologies such as cryptocurrency and non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, but the new guidelines should help developers by spelling out what they can and cannot do.

Specifically, the changes involve the rules surrounding in-app purchases, and the company clarifies that cryptocurrencies can't be used as an alternative payment option.

The text for the rule has been changed to include the following:

"Apps may not use their own mechanisms to unlock content or functionality, such as license keys, augmented reality markers, QR codes, cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrency wallets, etc.:

The rule change is no surprise, as Apple only allows alternative payment systems in certain countries.

An addition to the 3.11 rule is as follows:

"Apps may use in-app purchase to sell and sell services related to non-fungible tokens (NFTs), such as minting, listing, and transferring. Apps may allow users to view their own NFTs, provided that NFT ownership does not unlock features or functionality within the app. Apps may allow users to browse NFT collections owned by others, provided that the apps may not include buttons, external links, or other calls to action that direct customers to purchasing mechanisms other than in-app purchase."

Many cryptocurrency advocates do not see this as progress for the space, but rather an attempt at co-opting it. Major cryptocurrency media outlet Bankless tweeted out, tongue-in-cheek, that:

"Apple just updated their App Store terms.

You can sell NFTs in your app AS LONG AS the NFTs don't unlock features.

Don't you see peasant?

Apple owns the land, not you. You are a digital serf. There are no property rights."

Dr. Robert Malone Issues Serious Warning About Fake Doctors on Telegram Infiltrating Medical Freedom Movement

🇺🇸@COVID19Up: Dr. Robert Malone has just confirmed on Gettr that the Telegram channel under his name with over 197,000 subscribers is a fake and not under his control.

Recently, according to Malone, the account has been re-posting from and commenting on Naomi Wolf's fake Telegram channel, while Naomi Wolf's fake has been re-posting from and commenting on Dr. Robert Malone's fake Telegram channel. 🥴

"I have been told by the authors of the Themis Report that we can expect to see the cast of characters exposed in this report continuing to post fake-outs, lies as the attempts to infiltrate and subvert the medical freedom movement are still going on," Malone said on Gettr.

"What a sad state of affairs - and the question is. who is paying the named infiltrators to do this work?"
