I love my work. What could be more exciting than improving the way hundreds of millions of people communicate? Members of our team, myself included, must be some of the luckiest people alive.
The only thing that we find discouraging is that we're often unable to distribute the new versions of Telegram due to the obscure "review process" imposed on all mobile apps by the tech monopolies.
For example, our upcoming update – which is about to revolutionize how people express themselves in messaging – has been stuck in Apple's "review" for two weeks, without explanation or any feedback provided by Apple.
If Telegram, one of the top 10 most popular apps globally, is receiving this treatment, one can only imagine the difficulties experienced by smaller app developers. It's not just demoralizing: it causes direct financial losses to hundred of thousands of mobile apps globally.
This harm goes on top of the 30% tax Apple and Google take from app developers – which, according to them, is supposed to pay for the resources needed to review apps. The regulators in the EU and elsewhere are slowly starting to look into these abusive practices. But the economic damage that has already been inflicted by Apple on the tech industry won't be undone.

I had a dream last night, that I was and old man…
If you’ve been following me for a while…you probably got the idea that I’m quite obsessed with balanced liberty.
I do not buy the idea that human’s do not have free will, but I do believe that to if you want to free yourself of anything it requires effort.
So far I’ve been mostly concerned with the outside forces that constrain our freedoms like governments, manipulative people or tricky businesses.
Yet I just realized that there’s another force that slowly constrains us with every passing day - our aging body. I’ve known and cared for many old people, but knowing something doesn’t mean you understand it. Somehow my dream helped me to understand that feeling of being old and it felt like having shackles all over your body. You mind feels young, you still want to have fun, explore and have fun or fight for something important, but you tame your emotions because your body cannot handle it anymore. Death seems like a liberation at this stage, but you won’t get to experience it.
There must be another way and I think it is called medicine.
Just because I’m not trained as a doctor does not mean I cannot contribute to medical science. I must put EFFORT to learn more about aging and look for ways to keep the body young longer.
Best part is that everyone in the world is my ally in this struggle, we all want to fight aging.
What can we do?
So here’s a Ted talk given by young doctor telling about the major problem that medical doctors are facing and this problem HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MEDICAL SCIENCE!
And I’m sure you’ve noticed it too that whenever you go to doctor he acts more like a secretary - filling up bunch of forms.
It’s ridiculous?! Imagine if firefighter had to fill up dozens of forms to take one person out of the fire, people would never be saved. And yet we allow lawyers, insurance companies and government beuracrats to turn our hospitals into paper swamps.
We use elaborate software to watch stupid videos, play games and do all kind of nonsense… why don’t we use it to save lives?!
I feel like there must be a team of software developers at every major hospital analyzing doctors tasks and automating all of the routine.
We must save doctors from beuracrats so they can save us from aging.

Been going to sleep at 18:00 and waking up at 3:00...weirdly my productivity has gone up several times.
You have a quiet time for morning planning and thinking while most people are sleeping😴
There's also an unexpected clarity of the mind, I have been doing things much more effectively with outside of the box approach.
I heard that Mark Wallberg wakes up at 2:30 in the morning and I saw some "motivational" videos I thought it must be hard...
And I can tell u that it's not hard at all... I finish all my business by 14:00-15:00 and rest of the time I just entertain myself.
If you have hard time waking up it means you didn't get enough sleep...this means u need to get to bed early...
What I do is when I start going to sleep late I just dont sleep throughout whole night and wait untill afternoon next day. By that time I haven't slept for more than 24 hours and I'm tired like hell. Next day I wake up around 1:00 at night.
Boom! I did it!
No! Your has to adapt to new schedule...it takes me about 3-4 days to settle in. Make sure you get some easy exercise - like walk for 5-10km under the sunlight. Sunlight if u spend some time under sunlight during day you'll sleep better.
After 3-4 days you're settled start heavier workouts, again, so you're tired by the time it's evening.
Unfortunately my gym opens up only at 8:00, so what I did is house chores I cleaned up everything- I can't help it, too much energy 😁
I'm writing this and it's only 5:35.
Have a great day folks !

Recently tried productivity technique called “time boxing”.
It helped me to keep healthy flow in my productivity, life and leisure.
Problem: I used to get stuck on working on one task until I finish it.
Last time I was preparing tutorial on how to use Erzy service I spent countless hours for 4-5 days, stayed up late till 5 in the morning which messed up my sleep cycle. All other tasks were put on hold.
Needless to say it’s very unhealthy and it’s actually not effective, because after 1-2 hours you tend to get unfocused and distructed by all kinds of things.
Solution: Work only in 30 min bursts
I use Pomodoro app to measure exactly 30 min per task.
I turn off all notifications, if someone calls I ignore!
The rest of the world is not important in the next 30 min!
If I finish the task in 30 mins, good. Case is closed!
If task is not finished, I record/save the progress of the task and create new task(with status of previous task).
If I feel like I can finish this task in next 30 mins and there’re no other urgent tasks I go for another 30 min session.
If I cannot finish task after spending 60 mins of focused time - it’s a hard stop! It means I will not finish it today. Move on to next task.
Why does it help?
Focus! It’s proven fact that our brains are able to focus for only 20-40 mins on one thing. If you stay too long on one thing you tend to get distracted by bunch of different thing like:
- “oh I received message notification, must be important! It’s not going to hurt if I peak for 5 seconds”
- I feel thirsty, I'm just going to make drink real quick;
- I’ll just check my social media quickly…I’ve been working for 2-3 hours it’s not going to hurt…end up scrolling feed for 2 hours…
- Mom called, must be very important!.. turn out it was nothing important, but you got distracted and ended up watching some Ted talk on YouTube.
You can afford to postpone everything when you know that you can back to whatever you want in 30 mins.
It teaches you self control.
Feeling guilty for not finishing project. You don’t feel guilty for not finishing up things, because you did finish your task. You constantly get finish stuff. If you paid your full attention to the task and turns out that it takes longer than 30 mins. You still have a result! So you should feel good about the work done and create new task to continue it afterwards.
Endorphin high! You get a little endorphin spike when you finish task. If you finish task every 30 mins you get many endorphin spikes throughout the day! Most people people have to take drugs or alcohol to get high. You will get high of work!

When I was in school we had a class where we told about different maniacs.
I remember these horror stories how maniacs used to break people psychologically so that they could order their captives to hang one another while maniacs were simply watching. These people could have easily killed this maniac, but they were mentally broken.
Just like population of Russia - population of broken people blindly executing orders of few sadistic maniacs.
A few months ago they were all political experts "everything is not as clear cut as it seems!"
And it turns out that it was after all very direct and clear, but we refused to believe what we see.
Soviet philosopher Merab Mamardashvili aka Georgian Socrates talked about it in his extensive talks.
He said it all almost 70 years ago, but we cannot see, we're blind to reality until we get punched real hard into our face by it.
Hope. So much romantic BS is said about hope!
I say that hope is curtain that blocks the view of the reality.
You do not see things as they are because you hope that everything will turn out the way you want.
Hope is a delusion.
If you feel reality is starting to get "aggressive" to you it's time re-examine the frameworks you use to judge world.
How do you feel reality that starting to get "aggressive" to you ?
Catch yourself when you begin to complain about something, when you feel like you cannot change something or someone.
Think "Why am I complaining?"
Don't ignore it or push it aside, listen to your inner voice.
Your intuition could be sending you other signals like you get irritable for no good reason.
Do not drown your inner voice with alcohol or narcotics!
If you are still alive then it's not too late to face the reality and make the right decision.

Kremlin geniuses have given people of Caucasus 2 choices of death: go to die in Ukraine for the right to remain slave or fight in Russia and die for your freedom.
In first case you're fighting highly motivated defenders of their homeland.
In second case you're fighting unmotivated herd.

Crypto
I think we are going to see long bear market in crypto.
I think people are still not past the denial phase stage. Lost of people are still talking about HOLD... some are talking about whales... wait until everyone shuts up, totally loses faith and shifts attention to new-shining-thing. That's going to be time to buy.
My safe Bitcoin buy price 8k-10k.
Once crypto is cleared of the noise, scammers, HODL bros, crypto youtubers/gurus/bloggers will abandon their channels or shift to different topics, forums and group activity dies out...If you don't rush into FOMO you can quietly pick out investments that can make you a fortune in the next 3-4 years.

I was following FTX story from the start of the debacle.
I tried to defer any conclusions before more facts come out.
Another problem is sources of info...you cannot trust any mainstream media on this issue because Sam Bankman bought so many of them.
So I will post several video investigations and you judge for yourself if they're painting the real picture.
