OpenAI released GPT 4 and Bing Chatbot is already running on it

OpenAI has released anew image-text-understanding AI model, GPT-4 and is available to ChatGPT Plus users

GPT-4 is 'multimodal' which means it can accept image and text inputs both, which GPT 3.5 lacked.
GPT-4 is 82% less likely to respond to requests for disallowed content and scores 40% higher on certain tests then GPT 3.5

GPT 4 can take a photo of a hand-drawn mock-up for a simple website and create a real website based on it as shown in the video

Pricing is $0.03 per 1,000 “prompt” and 0.06$ for 1,000 'complete' tokens (about 750 words). Prompt tokens are the parts of words fed into GPT-4 while completion tokens are the content generated by GPT-4.

Microsoft confirmed that Sydney is running GPT 4 and they have also increased the limits. Users now be able to have 15 turns per session and 150 messages per day
(earlier it was 5 msgs/session and 50 msgs/day)

Google announces AI features in Gmail, Docs, and more to rival Microsoft

Google has announced a few new features coming to Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Meet, and Chat.

Using AI, you'll be able to:
• Write a draft, reply, summarize, and polish your Gmail emails
• Brainstorm, proofread, write, and rewrite in Docs
• Make a presentation and auto-generate images, audio, and video in Slides
• Go from raw data to insights and analysis via auto completion, formula generation, and contextual categorization in Sheets
• Generate new backgrounds and capture notes in Meet
• Enable workflows for getting things done in Chat

For example on Gmail, you can type a topic you want, and you'll get a draft that you can refine and edit with suggestions. Afterwards, you can make it sound formal, shorten/elaborate, or if you're feeling lucky have AI make it more fun.

These features will roll out to trusted testers in the United States this month.

Google Pixel 7a Prototype is on Auction
eBay

A Pixel 7a prototype has now appeared on eBay. The prototype is EVT 1.0 (Engineering Validation Test).

It has rear engravings on the back and an Internal 'G shaped' logo (i don't think we've seen this one yet).
The device is Bricked by yours truly Google

This prototype uses Tensor G1 modem instead of G2 modem.
The other pixel 7a leaked DVT 1.1 proto has Tensor G2 modem

Denoscription mentions:
Google Pixel 7a prototype. It does NOT start. It goes only into fastboot mode. Device is in excellent cosmetic condition.
Maybe someone can make it work and own a very collectible device ahead of it’s launch. Note that SIM tray is missing.

The guy put that on auction on eBay and it reached a wild price of 2,550$ yet which is almost 2 Lakhs INR.

Pixel 7a will be launching officially after 2 months at Google I/O on 10th May at an expected price of 450$
