Samsung at its Unpacked Event showcased the 3D printed prototypes of an alternate foldable it was working upon which has 21:9 aspect ratio
This looks similar to Pixel Fold or Oppo N2 Fold and I guess it could easily pack a 5000mAh battery if TM Roh decided to launch it instead of going for cost-cutting
Samsung also explored other aspect ratios that include 19.5:9, 22:9, and 23:9 while making Z Fold 5 Prototypes

A guy purchased OnePlus Nord 3 Smartphone that packs 16GB RAM and 256GB storage on 17th July from Amazon.
It costed him Rs. 38,174 (~465 US$)
After just 5 days, it exploded 💥
The guy claims that his 8 year old son survived luckily but he is now suffering from HEARING LOSS as well as Mental trauma due to the blast 😢
OnePlus India only contacted him to deposit the exploded Nord 3 at their service center and is NOT taking any action about his son who suffered from this blast
He has now registered a Police Complaint at against the Managing Directors of OnePlus, Oppo and Amazon India
Fun Fact: A YouTuber already claimed that OnePlus is paying ALL Youtubers to hide the cons of their latest OnePlus Nord 3
Please refrain from buying Nord 3 as its Garbage! and STOP buying OnePlus smartphones

Unknown tracker alerts are rolling out to Android devices

Starting today, Google will be rolling unknown tracker alerts to devices running Android 6.0 and later. As of now, this feature will only let you know if any Apple AirTags are tracking you with other tracker tags coming soon as a part of the joint specification.
Your device will automatically notify you if it determines that an unknown tracker is moving with you. After tapping on the notification you can
- see a map with the history of the tracker moving with you,
- play a sound without the owner knowing
Google also provides advice on what to do:
- contact someone you trust or the authorities
- save tracker information if it's marked as lost by tapping the tracker
- and instructions on how to physically disable the tracker
Located in the Settings under Safety & Emergency > Unknown tracker alerts > Scan Now, you'll also be able to manually scan for unknown trackers and list the ones around you.

Speaking of the Find My Device network, Google has announced that its launch will be delayed “until Apple has implemented protections for iOS.”
Later this summer, you'll be able to track your Pixel Buds (after an update), headphones by JBL and Sony, use Bluetooth trackers by Chipolo, Pebblebee and Tile using the Find My Device network.
Google has built the network with user privacy as a key priority with end-to-end encryption of the data which they cannot see or use. More information about the privacy safeguards will be revealed later.

Why Nothing Phone 2 has a worse chip than other flagships?
Qualcomm doesn't make SoCs, it designs them.
TSMC prints these designs on silicon wafers
Wafers are then cut to obtain chips
During this process, about 15-30% of chips are defective, so yield is 70-85% only
The chips are divided in "bins" according to their performance, clock speeds & other characteristics
Instead of throwing away defective or rejected silicone that is unstable, they are used in worse chips & sold for cheap
That's why Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC has 2 variants:
• SM8475-AB (worse bin with lower clock speed)
1x X2 @ 3.0GHz, 3x A710 @ 2.5GHz, 4x A510 @ 1.8GHz
• SM8475-AC (better bin with higher clock speed)
1x X2 @ 3.19GHz, 3x A710 @ 2.75GHz, 4x A510 @ 2.02GHz
The Nothing Phone 2 uses the inferior SM8475-AB variant, while other 8+ Gen 1 devices have the better SM8475-AC variant
So for the sake of profits, Carl Pei used a worse bin chip in Phone 2 which has a lower clock speed & is built on unstable silicon

AMD ‘Zenbleed’ exploit can leak passwords and encryption keys from Zen 2 CPUs
Tavis Ormandy uncovered a flaw "Zenbleed" (CVE-2023-20593) in Zen 2 by exploiting precise scheduling and vzeroupper to spy on operations like
According to Cloudflare, the Zenbleed exploit doesn’t require physical access to a user’s computer to attack their system, and can even be executed remotely through Javanoscript on a webpage. The flexibility of this exploit is a particular concern for cloud-hosted services as it could potentially be used to spy on users within cloud instances.
The entire Zen 2 product stack is impacted by the vulnerability, including all processors within the AMD Ryzen 3000 / 4000 / 5000 / 7020 series, the Ryzen Pro 3000 / 4000 series, and AMD’s EPYC “Rome” data center processors. AMD has already released a microcode patch for second-generation Epyc 7002 processors, though the next updates for the remaining CPU lines aren’t expected until October 2023 at the earliest.

ONLY for China, it will be supported
So, after making their some Realme smartphones China exclusive, they are now making Unlocking bootloader support also as China EXCLUSIVE
