According to a report by TrendForce, Dell has issued a notice regarding price increases to its customers. Dell is expected to implement a price hike of at least 15–20%, which could take effect as early as mid-December.

In this case of Gelbooru, this means that an American company (Cloudflare) lets Regulators of Germany decide what other American companies can host in America.
